Consistent reliability
Manc has been very consistent, and reliable since we started using the service. They are the only shippers who were willing to drive out to our location outside the major cities - London, Birmingham, Manchester, etc - to make a collection. They will pick-up when they say they will, and so far delivery in Ghana has always been within the 4 - 6 week window advertised.
The team in Ghana are excellent in giving updates of port arrival, and door delivery.
You won't get it wrong choosing Manc.

Delivery had to be rescheduled
Delivery had to be rescheduled, which was slightly inconvenient, but they made up with customer service. I am confident of a similar experience with the delivery in Accra.

Our service is designed for customers who care to read their emails and SMSes and follow our policies.
We are a very transparent company and the only company involved in UK-Ghana door-to-door shipping that displays prices on our website.
As a business, we are only interested in customers who appreciate a good service and also appreciate that there are significant costs involved in shipping from the UK to Ghana which is rightfully reflected in our prices.
Your feedback above doesn’t specifically mention where you receive bad communication hence, as pointed out above, all the information you need to make an informed decision on whether to ship with us or not can be found on our website.
All communication via email have very specific instructions to follow, to take advantage of our special offers and promos. Therefore, if you do not follow these instructions during booking or order placement, we cannot be held liable for “very very bad communication” as you put it.
During booking, you are automatically sent our shipping terms and conditions, our cancellation policies and a statement to the effect that proceeding with your shipment with us means you have accepted our terms of service.
If you have read our pre-collection emails, you would have realised that you are under no obligation to trade with us and can cancel your booking request 24hrs up to the collection dated. It’s all contained in our emails and we will encourage you to read and follow such instructions on future bookings with us.

You cancelled my appointment at a short nice which cost me money and time. I will be putting in a formal complain. This is not the first time.
Again, I will suggest you conduct properly with regard to my complaint and the manner in with I felt let down by you my initial appointment was called and rebook for collection Monday since I have experience this from you before I rang the office to confirm if this the case. I was advised by one of your lady receptionist this right. I had ro take time of since it was a short notice. To my surprise to after waiting for the whole to received a message saying m appointment has been rearrange on a short notice. I will advise you conduct properly investigation before questing my intellectual ability. Thanks

Thank your for your feedback.
Unfortunately, this is not an accurate depiction of events.
As a freight forwarder/logistics company, it is in our own interest to collect shipments as scheduled hence, any collections cancellations would be with a valid reason.
On this occasion, we met your absence at the address however, a family member go in touch with you and you approved the collection to take place. This was after our team had waited for close to 20mins whilst your family member tried to reach you on phone.
Your shipment was collected and dispatched to Ghana hence, your claim of your appointment being cancelled at short notice is not entirely accurate, as said shipment is currently in our network, en-route to delivery.
We welcome all feedback on our service however, we ask customers to be truthful and provide accurate timeline of events in their feedback provision.
