The customer service at Manning Cartell is terrible.

Very disappointed in Manning Cartell - I had a $600 voucher due to returning a faulty item which had unfortunately expired by 5months.

I was optimistic that as a show of good faith and decent customer service from a supposedly “premium” brand they would extend such a significant sum of money. I was wrong. Won’t ever be shopping here again especially since I initially requested a refund due to this very concern. This feels like shady and underhanded business practice to take money without providing any goods.

Absolutely awful customer service due to issues with a purchase. The email replies are from an AI chatbot only and there is zero customer service assistance from actual people.

To provide an honest review, the clothing is beautiful but purchase with caution as an international customer (outside of Australia).

The sizing on the website is inaccurate which may lead you to have to return or exchange your item — this will cost $150 USD from the United States. And, you will not be able to exchange until your item is received by their warehouse.

I was candidly shocked by the customer support. You may not receive a response for days and if so you’ll be communicating on Australian time zone. They also only respond once per a day with mostly pre-written prompts. In addition to their email response issues, I was waiting for the chat bot for 20 minutes with no response. I don’t know that there is actually support on the other side of the chat bot, as I received no response both times I tried.

I will note that I have shared this feedback directly with the team. While management seemed to acknowledge issues, they do not appear motivated to implement changes or show to empathy (which is arguably the most important ingredient to good customer service).

I cannot recommend this brand for international customers, but I would provide a higher rating for Australian customers. Hope this review helped in your upcoming purchasing decisions.
