I would recommend Manning Stainton and particularly the staff in the Adel office.
I met Matthew who did a valuation and was very realistic about the sale of the property. All the staff in the Adel
Office are helpful and supportive. The office is open 7 days a week which means communication is maintained at all times. This was helpful for me as I do not live in Leeds.
Once the sale of the property was agreed 4 weeks after it went on the market Yvonne Jones took over as the key negotiator. She always responded to messages and emails. I was kept up to date throughout the process.
I would highly recommend the team.
