Our initial visit with Dan was great and he really sold manning stainton to me, we had other agents out (separate place) and I felt like Dan was all about the positives about Manning rather than bad mouthing other places. We were happy to go with manning and to begin with we had a little trouble with communication being slow however when we were handed over to Sabrina our whole process changed, she immediately began chasing solicitors, the buyer and everyone in between, she checked up on us and any progress frequently and made sure we were listened to. Our sale took 6 long months and i genuinely think we would have waited another few if we didn’t have Sabrina.
