Claire was fantastic to deal with…liaised with all parties , provided regular updates and kept things moving. A pleasure to deal with and I couldn’t recommend better should you be thinking of selling your property

Excellent communication and highly efficient in the marketing and sale of our parents home. Impressed from start to finish. Thank you

House sold very quickly and they managed any issues that came up during the completion process in a professional and timely manner.

The staff of Manning Stainton's Garforth office have performed over and above what would normally be expected from an Estate Agent. The process of selling my property did not run smoothly with numerous buyers pulling out of the purchase at the last minute. Throughout what was for me a frustrating and trying time Manning Stainton's staff showed a high degree of empathy and displayed a determination to organise as many viewings of the property as possible, which ultimately resulted in a successful purchase. My main contact at the Garforth office was Emma Hart, who performed absolutely brilliantly throughout and showed a high level of resolve to sell my property. I cannot recommend Manning Stainton's Garforth office highly enough, and would highlight Emma Hart in particular for the way in which she managed the sale of my property.

Had a visit from Jacob today to discuss tha potential of selling my house
He was very professional
He came very prepared it was obvious he had spent time prior to the visit
Manning Stainton are very proactive confirming appointments
I like that about an agent they don’t sit on their laurels
Very impressed today will use them when I sell
Well done Jacob !

We recently purchased a house through Manning Stainton.

Manning Stainton provided us with a move manager (Charlotte Poutney). Charlotte managed the move for us from start to finish, this took all the pressure of us and made it as seamless as possible.

Recently sold our semi in Garforth through Manning Stainton.Exellent service from start to finish and very helpful and friendly staff. Special mention for Charlotte Poutney (the move manager ) who chased the not so helpful solicitors endlessly to get the job done !!!! always friendly and very helpful and determined.
Would recommend if you're thinking of selling or buying.

Just finally sold my mums house. It wasn’t as straightforward as we first thought as the house was in a trust so there was a good few hurdles to jump! But thankfully we had Charlotte Poutney as our move manager. She guided us through all the way. Always just a phone call away. Charlotte was really friendly, approachable, and professional. Nothing was to much trouble. Myself and my Partner were really stressed as time went on but Charlotte always managed to calm & reassure us. So last Friday we had our “Happy Ending” Completion day! : )
So once again a BIG THANKYOU to Charlotte Poutney!! 👏🏻👏🏻

Completely stress free selling experience from Manning Stainton, they supported on everything from advising on furniture layouts for how to make photos look the best to hosting viewings while I worked away and chasing everyone up and keeping me updated through the selling process.

Property was sold subject to contract in less than two weeks by Jacob at the Garforth Branch then Charlotte Poutney sorted everything from there.

They are happy to communicate on the phone or by Email so kept me up to date while I worked abroad. Helped find a solicitor and moving company. All completely stress free.

I used Manning's based on recommendations from several friends and will recommend them to everyone else in the future.

Garforth branch team were fantastic. Emma Hart and Ben& team did a really good job

The staff are lovely in Garforth Branch, wasn't an easy chain, but they worked hard to keep on top of the chains, great work

Excellent service, kept us informed throughout the process. Many thanks

We dealt with Emma Campion at Manning whilst in the process of selling our house, she was extremely professional and very on the ball, we got plenty of updates during the process and it has all run very smoothly. Our house sold in a few weeks which is amazing!

We recently purchased a house through Manning Stainton Garforth.
The whole experience was great, we had some bumps along the way out of their control but we always got a clear and responsive update from the MS team. Special mention for Emma Heart who was very helpful throughout the process.

The process of buying a house through Manning Stainton was very smooth. Charlotte Poutney was always available as a link person / go between myself and the vendor - and the solicitors. It was very efficient, she was active when needed, always responded in good time and nudged things and everyone along nicely. It felt like a personal bespoke service.

Extremely efficient. Kept up to date throughout the whole process by Charlotte poutney.

Recently viewed a house with Teresa Parsley from the Garforth, Leeds branch.
Really impressed, Teresa was lovely, very welcoming, friendly and informative and felt at ease throughout the viewing 👍

We've had a fantastic experience with Manning Stainton in Garforth, who put everything into getting our house on the market and sold within the quick time frame that we needed for our chain.
Emma Campion provided wonderful customer service throughout, and was so responsive and supportive with a real personal touch, which made such a positive difference for us during this process. Benjamin Banks and Jacob Onyando are also real assets to the team and were a huge help. Thank you Mannings!

From start to finish, we couldn't be happier with Manning Stainton. Our initial valuation was with Ben, who was incredibly professional and gave us all the information we needed. His valuation was spot on, and within two weeks of going to market we had offers at and around asking price.

On acceptance of an offer, our move managers, Gemma and Rochelle couldn't have done more. They managed both our sale and our ongoing purchase, and were in excellent in chasing up various solicitors and gave us weekly updates as to the progress of the chain. They certainly worked very hard and were worth every penny. Apologies to them for any aneurysms our chain gave them!

Certainly would use them again. Roundly excellent.

The selling part of the transaction was ok but once it got to the point after offer, Gemma and Rochelle were amazing and could not have been more helpful. They kept me and the app up to date, always returned my calls and kept things moving.
