I highly recommend Manning Stainton, Headingley. They are friendly, helpful and professional. I felt they had a lot of experience selling but-to-let properties and the process went smoothly. I would have given 5 stars except that the final four days of the sale were quite stressful and due to a key member of the team being out of the office, I had to re-issue documents from several months previously. I acknowledge the process has ups and downs especially when dealing with two sets of solicitors, therefore I would still recommend Manning Stainton and would use them again.
