Jan is a lovely lady who showed us around 2 properties on a Sunday. She is warm and welcoming and made us feel at home in the properties we visited.

We just completed on our first home purchase and Manning Stainton were super helpful and professional throughout. From the initial viewings to getting all of the negotiations and paperwork sorted, we've been impressed with the level of service and support received. We'd like to mention Macy specifically for her outstanding help from the branch, and Claire Hale who was our case handler for getting the completion over the line. Quite a tricky sale of my house with the chain breaking twice due to buyers pulling out. Kyle was good at keeping me up to date with only occasional prods required from my side. Towards the end he did an excellent job of chasing the buyer's solicitors and trying to get updates with regards to exchange and completion dates. Overall very happy with the service I received.

Mannings helped me sell my late fathers house recently. The service we received from the team at Horsforth was really excellent and we would give a special mention of Macy McCormack who kept in regular communication right through the process, as well as liaising with the conveyancers and buyers for us.
