I was always kept informed about what was happening with my house sale. My buyers were dragging their feet a bit but Lesley Alexander kept on top of it and kept me in the loop, so thank you.

I can’t thank Sara Wilson at Manning Stainton Wortley enough! She worked tirelessly to help us all get to our new home. The process was extremely challenging at times, but Sara stayed positive and made sure everyone was kept up to date and communicated with throughout. Thank you

Good service from start to finish. App was really useful in seeing number of views and offers on the property. Once we had accepted an offer, Sara Wilson was excellent. Kept us up to date throughout the process and was brilliant at chasing solicitors and other parties in the chain.

As a first-time buyer, I can’t thank Lesley Alexander and the team at Manning Stainton Wortley enough. Lesley went above and beyond to guide me through every step, from booking a surveyor to chasing solicitors and securing my moving date despite a complicated chain. Alex and Habib gave me regular updates and always answered my questions promptly. Thanks to their support, my dream of owning my first home came true — I felt like part of the team, not just a customer. Highly recommend!

Alex and team made the selling process as painless as possible, given market conditions and the fact the property was of non conventional build, Manning’Stainton kept pushing and eventually we secured a potential buyer, Alex and team kept us informed at various stages of the sale process.
Well done all at Manning Stainton Wortley

Me and my wife purchased our house through Manning Stainton (wortley branch) who were brilliant to us particularly Lesley who regularly kept me updated on progress through emails or phone calls.

I couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, professional and efficient service! Alex, Nicola and Habib were exemplary. I was well informed, I had a clear understanding of next steps and their recommended solicitor was just as efficient and professional. The transaction was a breeze and everyone worked so hard to work within my timescales as I needed a quick sale and I got one! They are a credit to the company and I would recommend look no further if you’re choosing to sell or buy your property!

Helpful and regular updates on progress. Staff very accommodating with requests. We will certainly use you again. Both Moortown and Wortley were very helpful

I would like express my gratitude to the team and especially Lesley Alexander the move manager, she was very helpful and followed up with me throughout the entire process.thank you

Lesley supported us through our purchase and was such a great help - regularly chasing up solicitors and helping things progress. Really recommend her and the team at Manning Stainton!

Manning were good on our purchase from the Wortley branch no issues , it went fairly smoothly, and Lesley was always trying to speed up the process 10/10

Excellent friendly team.
Kept us well informed throughout the process.

Buying my first home was a big step, but Habib Ali at Manning Station made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. From the moment we started working together, Habib was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. He kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I understood what was happening and what to expect next.

His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, and it felt like he genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. I can’t recommend Habib enough — if you’re looking for someone who is supportive, reliable, and truly excellent at what they do, he’s your guy. Thanks again for all your help, Habib!

Excellent communication. Kept me up to date with everything that was going on throughout the purchase. Alex has been great, very helpful. Thank you again.

What can I say, everyone that I communicated with from the beginning through to the end were fantastic.
The communication was excellent, and they were so kind and patient with me and my many questions/emails.
Thank You
