After recent changes to appointments and understanding given I'm registered disabled. Many thanks team. I'm now not so nervous.

I recently had a tooth extraction at Poynters Road that failed. The dentist had to leave the root in my gum as they were unable to get it out. I had my appointment referred to a specialist - the dentist in question was Mapel dental Clinic. I was so scared to have this appointment carried out as i knew I had to go through the extraction all over again. I was taken in to the room by my surgeon MRS R RANGANATHAN and her assistant ( apologies I can’t remember her name) - she talked me through the process and kept me calm, it was obvious how nervous I was! She numbed me up to the T!! I couldn’t feel a thing. After the last experience of the previous dentist trying to take this root up and pulling on my jaw with no luck MRS R RANGANATHAN got this root out in one piece without a matter of seconds. I cannot thank you enough MRS R RANGANATHAN and your lovely assistant for holding my hand. You both made me feel so calm and safe❤️I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY SURGEON AND THE DENTIST! Thank you so so much! I feel like a weight has been lifted ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had an excellent experience at Maple Dental Clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The clinic is clean, modern, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Matharu was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything in detail, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. I tried calling them earlier in the morning that any chnace I can change my appintment as my daughter is not well and we are in hospital but they refused to change and asked to come .
Again I was calling them to inform I am in emergency with my baby daughter still they did not accept me for 10 mins late ,hence they asking me to pay off rest £35 total 65 and they will give hygiene clen for 10 mins. However they already took someone inside just after 2 pm and they took my £35 deposit.
Very carefully before you go there .it's day light Robery .it's a very poor practice interm of hygiene clen and morality ,imagine this crisis time someone is robing £35 .I think the decision was made dentist SARA

This surgery removed my daughter from their list as she hadn't been there for 3 years, they also wouldn't reregister her as she is on universal credit, I hope you don't receive any government support because this is disgusting. Unregistering people on benefits is immoral and is a clear indication of the lack of understanding your surgery has, it used to be a very good surgery that understood patients varying needs but clearly you've become just another business trying to profit off of people's health.
