Unable to access my Maqrotrade account for the last two days. The password reset facility does not work. There is no answer from their Sydney phone number.
Have they gone out of business?

Do not put money with this firm. We lost $195k with all the promises. They take money, there fees and return nothing. Run away fast

I am a current client and have been trying to get in touch with this company to request two tax reports that i recieved last year.
I can neither get anyone to reply to my emails or return my calls.

Happily receiving retail and wholesale deals, both private and public across a fair few asset classes not just the ASX. Still get to control my portfolio (every trade their advisors run past me for approval). It does feel like I'm working with a financial planner but not nearly as expensive. Slower trades here but wider range of recs....

Over two years we followed all of our Maqro broker recommendations and lost 40%of the capital in our fund. Brokers changed frequently without any notice to us. We would have done better just buying the ASX.

Being novice investors in the share market we foolishly trusted Maqro with our retirement savings over a 5-6 year period. They took their fees and provided very poor investment advice. All IPO’s have gone belly up! Considerable amount of money has been lost due to a company that we trusted. Investor beware!

i'm really quite bewildered by the good reviews that Maqro has received on this website. i was with them from mid 21 til recently, kept hoping the advice would get better. generlly down 30%

I've been following Maqro's recommendations for the past few years. They seem to be a quality team that really understands the market unlike other fintech research platforms...i'm keen to see where they're going.

I have been looking for a research portal for serious investing and these guys are legit. Great team and they constantly keep you updated on new developments. Would absolutely recommend to others

I've used a lot of platforms like this before that never fitted my needs, however my experience with Maqro has been a different story. Great user experience and I will continue to be utilising this platform.

Maqro has been great for me. Was relatively new to the market but Maqro provided the perfect grounding for me to transition out from an amateur investor by not making things overly simplistic but actually taking the time to figure out how to service investors like myself. Access to their advisors an added bonus.

I’ve used different services for a few years now, and they all sucked. Maqro has been the only research subscription that actually gives me quality recommendations. They give you all the steps you need, not just what you should buy, but in a way that fits your strategy. Im not a long term investor so it was good to have a selection of strategies for the advice i received. They also give timing and size suggestions depending on your strategy. Really helpful for me as ive been used to much simpler apps that don’t really help at the end of the day. Would highly recommend!

I was new to investing when maqro contacted me, I was hesistant as I wanted to do everything myself but they quickly showed me some valuable advice and have been reliable and truthworthy since, would recommend giving them a go if you're looking for a partner for personal financial services
