The verification process is impossible and absurd. After sending a lot of documents (my bank statement, a photo of me with my id card, and a lot of more things) now they're asking a screenshot of my crypto wallet where I withdrew, showing my email and my name, which is absurd, because the crypto wallet is anonymous, doesn't show that data. Now they told me through email that I need to contact to my bank for this, which is ridiculous, because is a crypto wallet, it lives in the blockchain, not in a bank.

I deposited money and played a mix of sports betting and casino games (Blackjack and especially Roulette) on Marathonbet. My biggest wins came from Roulette. Everything looked normal — bets settled correctly with green checkmarks and accurate results. My balance reached $6,644.92.
Then, on 11 April 2026 at exactly 16:44, Marathonbet suddenly added more than 20 “Bet settlement correction” entries within a single minute. Many were labeled as “adjustment” with zero explanation. Immediately after, a large negative entry of -$3,653 was applied, wiping out most of my winnings.
I was able to withdraw $3,653, but $2,991.92 is still missing without any justification whatsoever.
Key problems:

All corrections happened simultaneously in one minute — extremely suspicious.
No single bet or Roulette spin was ever disputed or showed wrong results when first settled.
Clear pattern: Win big (especially on casino) → mass corrections → money disappears.
No bonus abuse, no rule violations — just legitimate play.
Support is now ghosting or giving evasive replies. Communication is heavily restricted.

I have played on many other platforms (Bet365, Pinnacle, Stake, BC.Game, Vave, Sportsbet.io, William Hill) and have never experienced such a blatant tactic.
This feels like deliberate theft of legitimate winnings. Marathonbet operates under a weak Curaçao license and seems to have no problem erasing player balances with unexplained “corrections”.

I have already filed complaints with AskGamblers and will escalate to Curaçao ADR, Swiss authorities, and wherever necessary.
Warning to others: If you win at Marathonbet — especially on Roulette or casino games — be prepared for your balance to be “corrected” into nothing. Stay away or play only with very small amounts you can afford to lose completely.

Apre solo 3 tavoli. Scrivo subito in chat all'assistenza per chiedere informazioni sulla mancata apertura del quarto tavolo ma mi dicono che non sanno come risolvere il problema e che faranno una segnalazione. Vinco a 2 tavoli e per fortuna recupero i soldi spesi, ma NON ho mai potuto giocare al quarto tavolo. Los retiros en marathon bet son ultra veloces. No se si soy gafe, porque por ahora he estado como en 6 casinos y los retiros siempre van de desde los 12h a los 36h. Pero en marathon bet no supera de los 3H. y últimamente son realmente veloces, retire 644€ (un importe no tan pequeño). Tardaron literalmente 30 segundos en llegar a mi banco y eso que uso visa.
