I received my product in excellent conditions

They seem to be a corrupt business. I purchased medical supplies from this company. They seemed legit. Upon getting my package, I immediately noticed that the products were compromised. These products are injectables and accordingly come in tamper proof boxes. The boxes were pulled apart, the lid was not glued shut, and the tamper proof sides were pulled apart. That was one product. The other product was completely missing its tamper proof box, and only came in the slip-on sleeve that it is in once out of the tamper proof box. The sleeve was even taped to the box the product is in with house tape! House tape! The package holding the syringe had fingerprints on it, and the booklet that comes with the product had folded edges and wrinkles. The FedEx box the products came in was in perfect condition, customs and border patrol clearly did not inspect the box because if they did they would have taped it back with tape that states that they had done so (I have had packages searched by them before so I know). The packaging even had styrofoam peanuts in it so that boxes were not even moving around in there, plus it takes a lot more than moving around in a box for a tamper-proof box of that quality to get compromised. The company responded to me saying not to worry that these products are fine. The audacity!
When I insisted on returning these products and asked for a return shipping label they refused to respond to me- I simply never heard from them again. This is how bootleg products reach customers! There is no way I would inject into my body a product that looks compromised! My doctor was floored when I told them. I have told several, including my own father who is an M.D. He said to absolutely NEVER inject yourself with anything that was tampered with- EVER! This company is unprofessional to say they least! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! If you value your safety, go elsewhere! I am reporting them to the BBB, to the FDA, and sending them 22 photos of the evidence, and I'm going to speak to an attorney on Monday about what my options are regarding recourse.

4/3/25 THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW. I NEED THE MARELI MEDICAL TO STOP CONTESTING IT OR I WILL SUE FOR HARASSMENT. IF YOU CONTINUE TO ASK FOR MY PERSONAL INFORMATION, I WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT. YOU KNOW VERY WELL WHO I AM SINCE I SENT YOU EMAILS ABOUT THIS EXACT EXPERIENCE AROUND THE DATE OF MY ORIGINAL TRUST PILOT POST. DO NOT ASK ME TO TAKE THIS POST DOWN AGAIN AND STOP ASKING TRUST PILOT TO EMAIL ME NON STOP TO GIVE YOU MY PERSONAL INFORMATION - GO BACK TO YOUR EMAILS BETWEEN YOUR COMPANY AND MYSELF AND DON'T BOTHER ME ANY FURTHER. THIS REVIEW STAYS THE WAY IT IS OR I WILL PURSUE IN COURT.

MARELI MEDICAL CONTINUOUSLY IS FLAGGING THIS POST AS DEFAMATION AND THEN AGAIN FOR HARMFUL OR ILLEGAL CONTENT. THIS IS HARASSMENT AND I WILL PURSUE MARELI MEDICAL IN COURT IF THEY DO NOT STOP TRYING TO TAKE DOWN MY HONEST AND GENUINE REVIEW. WHAT A NASTY COMPANY TRYING VEX, ANNOY, AND HARASS A PAST CUSTOMER TO ERASE ITS PAST OF WRONGDOING.
