A Google search for a product led me to this website. At the bottom, it said trust pilot endorsed, so I went ahead and perused the website.

I found a few things to shop for and added the items to the cart. However, during checkout, after entering all my coordinates and personal information and credit card info, I didn’t get the link to the email.

So I looked up their customer service email, sent an email with the screenshot saying “hey I’m waiting for the OTP. Please send me a text confirming my email so the order can be processed.”

I kept trying every which way; my email to them bounced back ‘sales-at-marketsuppliesfactory.com’
saying this email doesn’t exist!!

I went ahead and blocked the credit cards. I read a few reviews. It sounds like it’s a fairly new business and some people have not had great experience.

If they reply, I will update this review.
