Mark Goodwin Pianos レビュー

Great selection of pianos and lovely owners. You can ask them anything and they will answer. They even sent round the removals team to check/quote if a U3 could be taken upstairs but they profesionally advised that it would be a challenge and suggested going for a U1 size. We saw a nice YUS online and I'm sure it would have been fine to just order online but being quite a big investment, we felt we should make the trip down to the London showrooom (inside big yellow storage) to play and compare the pianos side by side. We then ordered the YUS and it was delivered by 3 strong men to our 1st floor lounge. It's definitely worth it from grade 3/4 onwards.

I had a wonderful experience with Mark Goodwin Pianos! Both Mark and Julie were incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. Their expertise and genuine care for their customers really stood out. The lifetime warranty they offer also gave me great peace of mind, which is something you don’t find often. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a second-hand piano! Fantastic service and quality.

Recently purchased our second U1from Mark after selling the previous one back to Mark due to a house move. Both pianos were excellent, as was the selling and buying experiences. Delivery guys were great too. Many thanks.

Purchased Yamaha 1980's U1 a few months ago. To be honest when it arrived it was like new. The feel and tone is magical. The Piano is the best one I have ever had. The service from Mark and his team was amazing!!

I bought a Yamaha U3 reconditioned from Mark Goodwin Pianos. It sounds great and their customer service was brilliant from the start of the process to the end!

Fantastic service from Julie and the team from start to finish. Website is incredibly informative and everything processed swiftly and without issue. Very happy with my new piano!

I would like to thank Mark Goodwin Pianos and Julie, who met my requests in every aspect from the beginning to the end, contributed a lot to me choosing the right piano, and provided great convenience in payment and other matters.

Mark, Julie and Ollie were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions promptly and with great detail, opened the showroom on a Sunday to allow me to visit and even liaised with the previous owner of the piano to arrange for the original paperwork to be posted to me. Thank you so much.

I visited the showroom in Oldham with my daughter. We were given ample time to play and Ollie kindly played for us as well.

I am now a proud owner of a stunning Japan-made Yamaha G2 and will recommend Mark Goodwin Pianos to everyone. Top team and a fantastic experience.

We were looking for a refurbished Yamaha upright piano and they had a really good choice at their showroom in Oldham. Julie was really friendly and helpful and we were able to afford a beautiful U3 thanks to the 0% finance offer. It was delivered within a week and our old piano was taken away in part exchange. The whole experience from start to finish was so stress-free and smooth; you can tell they really care about their customers as well as their pianos! Can't recommend highly enough.

Julie, Mark and the team at Mark Goodwin Pianos have been superb. They made the purchase of our U1 at Hazelwick School as smooth as possible, including extras as required and ensuring the piano could be safely maneuvered around the school hall with replacement castors.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality piano. Thank you all.

Mark was fantastic in helping me choose the right piano for my daughter. He was responsive, took additional pictures, and even recorded a short piece so we could feel reassured of the piano sound. Delivery was on time and smooth, I absolutely recommend him and his team! Andrea - Datchet

Fantastic experience. Thrilled with our piano. Mark came out specially to fit the soft close lid. Thank you.

I am so pleased we decided to use Mark Goodwin Pianos. They were knowledgeable, incredibly responsive and inspired confidence from the start. We felt certain that if there were any problems, they would put things right. Fortunately, there were no problems as they provided such a fantastic service, as did their colleagues at PIANOSPEED who effortless collected our old and delivered our new instrument. If only all transactions could be like this!

Mark Goodwin and Julie, both of them were very very good during my Yamaha piano purchase. They promptly responded to all my questions. Delivery of the piano was on time and the whole process went smoothly. I would recommend them. Very happy with their service.

Excellent service and quick response. I bought a Yamaha U3 piano in July. It is brilliant and my daughter loves it so much!

Very professional team from selection to delivery.

Excellent advice throughout the process, crucially helping to make the right choice in this important decision. Really good London show room, where one can book a session and test pianos undisturbed. The detailed guidance on the web (piano descriptions, explanations, stock listing) is extremely good and to a level that I have not seen elsewhere. Lifetime warranty and first free tuning are additional features that make MGP pianos and outstanding choice.

Totally stress free purchase - Mark was so helpful, offering me a choice of pianos, playing them for me and advising which one would suit the size of the room. As a born again beginner after 35 years of not playing I didn't feel knowledgeable enough to make a decision so left it in Mark's expert hands. The piano is immaculate and sounds amazing - I would highly recommend Mark Goodwin Pianos.
