I see I am not the only one to fall for this scam. Ordered what was claimed to be a hand carved solid wood bird house, and received a cheap plastic/resin fake. Tried to use the advertised 30 day no hassle return policy only to be told that I'd have to ship the junk they sent to Hong Kong at my own cost for a partial refund. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I learned my lesson.

Marlow Market Company, straight up false advertising. Plastic bird house recieved but advertised bird houses hand carved out of one solid block of wood. Return shipping must be paid by customer, grrrrrr. U.S. shipping to China would no doubt be more than the $39.95 the item cost. Lesson learned. 😡

This site advertises hand made items by artisans in the USA. I ordered an owl house, that was supposed to be made by a man in New York. What I received weeks later was a cheaply made box from China that did not match the description and had a chemical-smelling stain that would deter all wildlife. Such a SCAM!!! The return process is impossible to recoup what you paid because they want you to mail it back to China at your own expense.

Just received my genuine plastic, to look like hand carved, birdhouses. Have people no shame? Must be a Donald Trump enterprise.

I purchased two of the Hand Carved Back scratcher. They were a cheap plastic ugly product, nothing even remotely wooden let alone hand carved!
After many emails back and forth of them not taking any responsibility or explanation of the deceitful false product.
Stay far away from this company.

Marlow Market Co falsely advertised the "hand crafted from single-build wood" birdhouse made in NC U.S. which was, in fact, a poorly constructed plastic mold. Upon requesting a refund, they wanted the product shipped to Hong Kong at consumers expense or retain the product for a 25% refund. False Advertisement is a violation of the FTC Act punishable under 15USC54.

Bought a so called hand made bat house. Photos looks like it was huge. Old man standing next to a enormous bat house made from thick fallen wood. LIE!
When received it is made of cheep pine, light weight and definitely not worth 53 dollars. I am sure not even two bats could fit inside. Don't waste your finances.

I WAS SENT A CEAP PLASTIC AMOS'S BIRDHOUSE INSTEAD OF ONE MADE OF WOOD. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY DONT ANSWER ANY EMAILS AND MAKE RETURNS VERY DIFFICULT.

This is a total farce! The "wood" carving is neither wood nor carved. The dimensions given in the ad and the actual measurements are not even close. To return it, you pay for the shipping to CHINA. Don't buy anything from them!

Wish I had read up on this before I made my purchase. It is the same thing, plastic and not hand carved. How can we take down the scammers?

Expected what was advertised. The birdhouse was a gift. So mad and embarrassed when the giftee opened the box to find the birdhouse is not hand carved and not even wood!!!!!

This company is a scam company. DON'T buy anything from them! I ordered a wood bird house and a wood American flag decoration. What they sent me was a cheap resin birdhouse and a piece of foam board with a picture of an American Flag stuck on it. The foam board was broken in two pieces. To get a refund, I'm supposed to return the items back to Hong Kong, which would cost more than the 2 items! SCAM!

Total BS. Do not buy anything from this site. Return process is a nightmare. product is a plastic knockoff.

Found out this wooden birdhouse was actually plastic company refused to cancel order and requested I not fill a dispute. What a joke. They flood you with text messages to buy other items at a special price. A1 scammers on Facebook

This is a completely fraudulent misrepresentation. As many have stated it is made of plastic , mass produced identical pieces that have all the earmarks of being made in China. Am only beginning the process today of trying to get my money back . Sadly , I bought two.

What was advertised is DEFINITELY not what showed up. I had ordered four of the American flags at $39.99 plus s/h for each. I ordeted these for myself and family, what showed up were four "boards" that are plastic-y things that were chipped, pieces broken off and two that had broken in half (the damage to these, I am going after SPEEDX about). As I am a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, I thought these would look good in the office or garage, I wouldn't hang these in an outhouse, even if I had one. I want my money back and these unscrupulous sellers needed to be banned from selling anything.

I fell for a complete scam from this company. It advertised a birdhouse “carved out of a single block of wood“ by an artisan in North Carolina. When it arrived, I found that it was not wood at all, but molded plastic, with a strong chemical smell. I doubt that a bird would want to live in it.

The Amos hand carved bird houses are not wood (false advertising) but cheap molded plastic which even SMELLED. Do not purchase anything from this company as the return policy is to pay for shipping back to Hong Kong OR opt for a 25% discount on another cheaply produced and misrepresented item. This is a FRAUDULENT company

Product ordered was not as described. I ordered a hand carved, wooden bird house. The product was NOT wood it was plastic. It was not hand carved and was very stinky from the paint. It was a waste of money and a disappointment. To the Marlow Market, just describe the product you are selling.
