Amazing service, greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Sara took care of us and was very helpful with our decisions. A no pressure sale, took the week to make our final decision and was welcomed with open arms in our return. Fabulous all round service and jewelry.

We had such a lovely experience choosing Marlows to provide our wedding rings, Carmen was so friendly, funny and welcoming. She was so knowledgable and helped so much getting the perfect style and fit.

We’ve used Kay at Marlows multiple times now and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Between us, we’ve purchased two wedding bands, an engagement ring and a pinky ring, with three of those pieces being custom-made to our exact specifications.

From start to finish, Kay couldn’t have done more to help. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The quality of the jewellery is outstanding, and the prices were very competitive, especially considering the bespoke nature of the pieces.

We’re absolutely delighted with everything we’ve bought and wouldn’t hesitate to return again in the future. Thank you, Kay, for helping create such special pieces for us!

Fantastic personal service provided by Sarah. Great selection of jewellery. We have now had an engagement ring and two wedding bands, all excellent quality and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an engagement ring or wedding bands.
