Amazing service and sneakers. Highly recommend
Marsden sneakers has been nothing but amazing when it comes to purchasing the latest and best top class sneakers. I have used Marsden sneakers more times then i can count over the years every christmas when purchasing gifts for loved ones and when treating myself and they always deliver. Great company, great customer service and most importantly high quality authentic apparel. Highly recommend :)

I ordered some Adidas Samba on 24th June and it says 1-3 business days for delivery, I have tried to contact to see if my order is definitely going to be fulfilled as they are a birthday present for my son. I only ordered on here as it had a short delivery time and had authenticity but received no shipping confirmation or email back

Despite 2 emails regarding my order I have had no response at all. I’ve no idea when or if my trainers will arrive despite payment being taken. Order placed on 29th May and concerned as I’ve had no response.

Orderd shoes that i meant to be shipped in 3days ,i havent heard from them since !no email nothing ,i need to cancel my payment plan before i fully pay for something i may never recieve. I sent an email via Shop and a text messege but there was no reply that is why i wrote here and still my email was not replied .Shipping was supposed to take 3days from day of purchase , but there is nothing to show if any item was dispatched .I understand there was a bank holiday but it been 2days already ,i should have receive something that shows my item was dispached .Honestly i am worried

This is scam website
This is scam website, I placed an order with order number 2638(£325). No emails to let me know what is going on with my order, they are not responding to my emails which is over 6 emails for them to refund my money.
My friend is also waiting for and order which hasn’t arrived and no information about it too.
Please if anyone knows how to get in touch on the phone I will really appreciate this.
I am taking them this to all social media that I know but thought to start here.

I purchased a broken planet hoodie for £350 once it arrived it’s a completely different colour to the website and doesn’t feel real at all no broken planet tags and the quality of the hoodie feels rubbish. I would not recommend purchasing from here and still haven’t received any communication from themselves regarding this.

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused here. However, upon further inspection, it appears that our team have responded to your recent email asking for further details on the order – to which we have received no reply.
We have also noticed that you attempted a chargeback for the payment on January 8th 2024 citing the reason 'credit not received'. This came as a great surprise considering there was no agreement in place to issue any monies to yourself, and you did not respond to any of our emails following the delivery of your item on December 23rd 2023. The dispute was decided in our favour and was closed on January 24th 2024.
Regarding the authenticity and quality of your item, all items undergo a thorough check prior to being dispatched to the consumer to ensure they meet our high standard. Any concerns of authenticity or quality should be sent to our team as soon as the item is delivered; it is again disappointing to read this some 2 months after the item was delivered.

Ordered trainers for Christmas and the…
Ordered trainers for Christmas and the order hadn’t shipped, I reached out via email and got a call from Marsden Sneakers. The chap on the phone couldn’t have been nicer and advised I had, in error, ordered a toddlers trainer which took longer to be sourced and shipped but (today on December 22nd) they could get the correct the order and send the adults trainer arriving in time for Christmas after I payed the extra cost. All taken care of in an hour. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!
NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! First time customer. I ordered a pair of trainers, purchase went through, and got my confirmation email. A couple hours later recieved another email saying my order has been cancelled. So i contacted customer service via email, for them to tell me it has gone out of stock. I couldnt believe it so i went on the website to check only to find out they just doubled the price it hadnt gone out of stock. They thought they could be smart and cancel my order to raise the price of the same shoe i had just purchased. Then insulte my intelligence by lying. FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE SO YOU DONT EXPERIENCE THIS. The only good thing out of this i did eventually get my trainers from somewhere else for an even cheaper price and they didnt cancel my order.

The slippers are beautiful but costly
The slippers are beautiful. I tried everywhere. The ordering process was simple. The postage time great
My only thing is the price as they were way over other companies by far. But I suppose that's why everywhere else sold out.
I am appreciative that they had them and sent them very quickly but the cost of the slippers was not great.
I would use this company again as they are great but it really would be if I had exhausted all other options.
