I can honestly say that Patrick Duffy is, by far, the best estate agent I have ever come across.

After having five different agents value my property, I was feeling quite nervous, especially as I hadn’t sold a property in such a long time. However, from the moment Patrick came round, he filled me with confidence. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what he was doing.

I don’t mean any disrespect to the other agents, but there was a very clear gap in experience and expertise — Patrick really was on another level.

Once I instructed him, he managed to sell my property without it even going live online, and he achieved both the price he valued it at and the price I realistically wanted. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more.

I’m now just keeping everything crossed that the sale goes through smoothly! Thanks again, Patrick — I really appreciate everything you’ve done.

Avoid this estate agent. In my experience, Maria was unprofessional throughout my tenancy. She repeatedly accused me of lying on the phone, made accusations that I believe were unsupported, refused to explain or provide evidence when I asked, and mimicked me during a phone call. I found the way I was treated unacceptable and would not recommend this agency.
I have now been threatened with legal action if I didn’t take down my review. They are guarding the call logs

Our review is based on facts only and is related to the letting team Bournemouth office. We had almost three months nightmare dealing with Maria and one occasion with the Director Philip. After they found the tenants and all was great until the quotes started on the daily basis. Here what they were: Painting- £1800, reseal toilet-£40, cleaning-£180, oven-£80, carpet-£120. The flat never needed any of those to start with. And because we didn’t comp-lay the complaints started from the tenants. Martin & Co requested the damp and condensation specialist, hot & heaters not working. We were reported to the council and threatened up to £7000 charges. This continues with the ridiculous quote for damp removal of 11 000. Martin & Co reported to us that the tenants like to move out and we agreed with them and we wanted to do it by the Law. For that we were charged £720 for termination of the contract. For the first month we received £95 rental for the second £269. We were charged for new heaters unnecessary. The tenants left a lot of rubbish and broken furniture in the flat and didn’t removed it with the excuses. We had to refund their deposit in full because never agreed to pay to Martin & Co for inspection and the photos weren’t enough as proof. With a very big regret we sharing our bitter experience with that particular team. Their rudeness and careless hit us a lot. We dealt in the pass with Martin & Co in other towns and they were great, but that team is beyond worse than any other letting agents. If you are a landlord please think first before deciding to hire them. And to finish whit a positive vibes. There is a outstanding agent Camilla that deserves full 5 stars for everything she has done for us. Thank you, Camilla.

First class from Martin&CO estate agents. Fast, efficient service, helping me throughout the whole process. My house sold quickly. I would defiantly reconmmend this estate agent to anyone selling their property.

I have been a lawyer for over 40 years but I have to say having dealt with many, many lettings agents over that time Sam and her department are the best! Martin & Co, Bournemouth are the Property Managers of our apartment in Bournemouth for the past 3 years and they have provided an excellent service.
Jolene, the Property Manager is very professional and responsive to our requests and passing on communication to the tenants.

I recently contacted Martin & Co. In Bournemouth regarding a valuation I needed on my property.
I spoke with Brandon Lee who was friendly, efficient and very professional from initial call to receiving the valuation.
Brandon is very knowledgeable and realistic about the current property market and as I’m completely out of the loop in terms of selling his friendly manner over the phone was incredibly helpful to myself in understanding the current market and what I could realistically expect in terms of my property value.
