Absolute rubbish, completely misleading advert saying they were looking for golfers to test & keep golf related equipment & supplies. Utterly fake. If I could score it zero I would!

Only seemed interested in gathering data and “wasn’t suitable for their surveys”.

I've been using Maru Voice for a few years now and have been through the wrangler with survey sites some good some a waste of time but I can assure you that Maru Voice is one of the good ones I quite frequently cash out for vouchers and the cherry on the cake today I won £50 on an automatic prize drawer that one is entered in when one is disqualified . It's a lovely surprise I never win anything so yeah Maru Voice 10 /10 I thoroughly recommend it

I don’t believe that this is a genuine company. They send you an email asking you to do a survey. Half way through the survey they say you weren’t a good match. And give you another one to start. And the same thing keeps happening. All the whilst they are collecting details about you. And you don’t get any of the rewards.

I have been doing surveys for Maru Voice for a while now, but have recently been unable to see my points balance on my account screen. I sent an email to Maru Voice Customer Services on 04 June 2023 and again on 08 June 2023 asking them what my points balance was but they ignored both emails. They did however bombard me with surveys which I refused to do as I felt I would not be rewarded for completing then and would be wasting my time. I closed my Maru Voice account a few days ago as I do not like dealing with companies who are time wasters.

Registered 2-3 years ago, went through a lot of surveys, most of which were very interesting, and collected my reward points. Recently, I've realised that I've not received any survey invitations for a long time, so tried to log in but got a message saying "Sorry, your account is registered as 'unsubscribed', which means that the system cannot log you in".

So all of my reward points are now gone...over a thousand of them :(

Avoid.

Be Warned - this site is not as legit as it used to be. You will get screened out countless times & right at the end of surveys, I.e. you'll get to 98/99% completion & be screened out.
Mary is also a very low payer compared to some of the other survey sites.
Never had any problems with pay outs, though note these are gift cards not cash.
Some surveys only pay 25p and these can take over 10 minutes to complete.

I received an invitation to join, with an incentive of being entered into a £1000 prize draw.

After submitting my personal information. I was taken to a webpage indicating I was not suitable to join.

Seconds later I was sent an email with a link to confirm membership and enter the £1000 prize draw.

On clicking the link I was taken to a webpage with a message:

Sorry your account is registered as "unsubscribed", which means that the system cannot log you in.

My personal information and confirmation of email address are now possesed by Maru voice uk.

I believed I already had been accepted as a member, and I would be entered into the prize draw.
