I paid in 16 march, asked in 23 and 26 if everything is ok, in 28 they said that didnt get the money.. In 30 march I send the recipt, no answer.. I managed to get my money back from Paypal, and after that they reached out in 8 april, today, asking for delivery addrss, but they have the address since 16 march, when I paid.. for me looks like a scam
They're international so prepare to add $10 to that mask. Still $18 is a decent price, I thought until I typed "Mascarasrealista scam" in Google which took me to these reviews. Damn! Not even one not "wish I could give a 0" review, guys? LOL. I'll check this in a week and if it's the same, someone should post this true review on social media (as an aside, I have a few dozen thousand followers...no actionable threat, of course)
Please I beg you do not use. Took my money and wrong mask sent. No response from customer services what so ever.
This customer service is the most embarassing and unuseful that I never see, surely the worst shopping experience of my life.

No more contacts, I found courier by myself discovering they lost package, told it to reseller many times but they still haven’t do nothing!!! They don’t do their job!!! Seven months without a real answer on mail and whatsapp.
06/09/2025 other ridicolous answers and still no solutions…

22/01/2026 more than 1 year passed and still nothing… unexisting customer service and… they also cancelled Instagram profile after some comments! Never a real answer on whatsapp about my shipping but had courage of asking me if was my profile putting comments, then erased everything!
