My experience was very bad , we experienced a lot of delays.

They made everything easy and quick. It’s cheaper for the monthly subscription with everything included than my own provider with my insurance. I have my 1st refill next month and hope it’s as easy as it’s seeming! They make blood work, getting your medications, and talking with staff super easy and accessible.

My experience with Matrix has been wonderful from the start and I've been with you guys for a year now. My specialist really explains things and breaks it down so that I can understand because I am new to this. The support staff is the best, they are energetic as heck and assist me with everything I ask of them. I cannot complain one but, I'm glad I came to this company.

I have had a positive experience with Matrix and I recommend this company to all of my friends.

Signed up on May 24th, and my first order of medication was delivered June 9th! Two month follow up and medication refill went flawlessly. Always get clear and timely communication. Highly recommended!

If you’re interested in getting started on TRT and want to pay today then wait over a month to actually get testosterone, this is the place. You have to sign up for a minimum of three months and you won’t actually get started for a month and a half.

This is a so far experience with Matrix. Pricing is fair. I purchased the monthly subscription of test/HCG. HCG alone can be costly, but for the sum of $160 a month you get both, plus tests and appointments included.
The representative I spoke to for intake was very kind and understanding. She had no problem discussing my issues and concerns. I had my appointment two weeks from when I signed up. Tuesday I had my appointment, and today is Saturday and my meds are ready for pick up. So delivery was quicker than expected. I will review again later down the road, but so far my experience has been phenomenal.

I signed up with Matrix Hormones about 4 months ago, and I just canceled my subscription with them. Here are the reasons why I canceled. First, their website was unavailable for about 2 weeks (it said it was in maintenance mode). Second, it took 2 to 3 weeks after I signed up to get a medical appointment. In my opinion, this is was too long. Third, Jackie told me today that it can take 2 to 3 weeks to get medications. Again, this is way too long. Fourth, most of the staff appear to have no medical training. Fifth, the company appears to be owned by laypersons, and not medical doctors, even though it has some type of loose affiliation with a medical doctor. I refuse to trust my medical care to salespeople who have little or no medical experience or credentials. I believe the company is at least partly owned by Ken Marple who appears to just have a degree in business (see his linked in account). Caveat emptor!

The sign up process was dead simple, the team was extremely responsive but my experience with the provider went above and beyond.
I was diagnosed with low t by another, local clinic and quickly put on testosterone replacement therapy. I decided to move to Matrix for cost savings but after discussing my lab results with the provider at Matrix, he explained that the replacement therapy was not a good option. He went on to explain in detail how he came to that conclusion (something my local provider didn't do) and then explained some supplements I could take to help solve my issues. It was so refreshing to see a provider who was genuinely interested in helping someone rather than pushing high cost treatments. Despite me not needing their service, I can say that Matrix is absolutely a top-tier group and I would recommend them to anyone because of how honest and helpful they have been!!

I saw matrix on Facebook. From the first time they called me they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I explained how I have been on trt and they had ideas on why it wasn't going well and how to improve it. After my bloodwork at quest which all went very smoothly I got my follow up call to go over my results and options. We talked for probably 30 .minutes he was very friendly and actually interested in what I had going on. He had ideas on what would be a better program for me. He explained everything very well and was very patient. At the end he explained everything and said but which program I want is totally up to me if I decide to continue with them. I chose a plan and he said I would get my meds in about a week if the holidays didn't delay it.i actually received an email from FedEx the same day saying they received the order and would text me when they had a delivery date. They text me early the next morning and said my package is scheduled for delivery Friday. 2 days after my phone call about my blood results. They do what they tell me they are going to do and they do it fast. Matrix is amazing so far

Great support after the sale is all that matters. 100% recommend. My Doc recommended and uses them.
