Matt Grange installed my new boiler and heating a couple of years ago and I am a regular customer with a service contract. My oven recently broke - Ceri came and installed my new one. What a company - efficient/polite/excellent customer service and very tidy workers can’t recommend them enough wouldn’t use anyone else now. The BEST in the area - THANK YOU !!!!!

Great service - easy to book (no waiting on the phone), on the day the office called with details of the engineers ETA as I had requested. Engineer polite and knowledgable. Couldn’t have been easier. Will definately use again. Thank you.

Excellent service received from Maria and Kerry. Friendly, professional communication; visited on the scheduled day / time; took time to explain the part which needed replacing; offered a service plan but didn’t apply pressure in any way. Would highly recommended.

The two men who came to service the boiler were very professional, polite , informative and a great work ethic. They performed the job properly, not just take the cover off and give it a quick hoover. They took their time and checked and cleaned filters and everything else that needed doing. 100 % recommend them and 100 % use them again. The office also kept me in the loop and well informed. Credit where credit is due , great to get great service.

I cannot recommend Matt and his team more highly. The service is second to none. The service Engineer Ceri is a very pleasant guy, who extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is a credit to the profession and Obviously Matt Grange

Really Excellent service as usual. Have used the company several times and will carry on doing so because they are so reliable.

Initial conversation with office was very good. Maria was informative, helpful and friendly - and efficient.
Engineer (Chris) called ahead - and, having finished previous job early, checked if I wanted the original appointment or an earlier visit, if convenient.
On arrival, Chris offered to take off his shoes, checked over the system, explained the work and options available (and showed me evidence of past mild leaking from joints.
I also had a couple of questions, arising since last service (by another, independent, servicing engineer).
Chris was very helpful, checked back with office on one issue and made good recommendations for way ahead.

Work completed well and left clean and tidy.

Given relative age of system the office will consider the various Plan Options and come back to me with a recommendation for best way ahead.

Helpful and knowledgeable workforce. They do a good job at a sensible price and are pleasant and professional. Emergencies are dealt with quickly and efficiently. A pleasure to deal with.

Annual service done smartly and efficiently.

Had our boiler fitted some years ago by this fantastic company. They are alway very professional, from the lady answering the phone to the guy who deals with the boiler. We reported our boiler faulty at 9.30 am and a new pump was fitted by 3.30pm the same day.:You can’t ask for better service than that. Thank you all at Matt Grange recommend you 100%

Had Matt Grange install a brand new central heating system last year in our bungalow. Very pleased with the price and with the highly professional team that installed it. This week paid for the first boiler maintenance visit. The engineer was named Ceri and again we were really impressed at the professional but friendly attitude that Matt Grange staff seem to have. Have no hesitation in recommending this firm.
