Just had my annual boiler service

I cannot recommend them enough

Excellent service once again by Matt Grange's heating engineers. Came out to service my boiler today as planned however on the morning of the service the boiler developed a fault before the engineers arrived. Not only did the engineer take time to service the boiler but also stayed to resolve the problem so we were able to have heating and hot water. Such a professional, friendly and knowledgeable team and I am so grateful for them taking the time to resolve the boiler problem. I can't thank them enough.

Arrived on time, carried out annual boiler service. Friendly member of the team as they all are. Appeared professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Will use again.

After my very old boiler stopped working a friend recommended Matt Grange to me. Matt was able to visit to quote the same day I made the initial call. He answered all my questions to help me choose the correct boiler for my house. Other work undertaken included removal of an old gas fire and service and repair of another gas fire. The quote for all the work was competitive and, most importantly, they were able to do the work within 3 weeks while other companies were looking at January and even summer 2023. A team of 4 attended to complete the job within the 3 day timetable. All team members were friendly and polite and cleared up after the job. The handover was detailed with all questions answered. A day later (Friday evening) I discovered a small but concerning leak from one radiator. My phone message was answered the next morning and the leak was fixed that same day (Saturday) as an urgent matter by Chris. Talking to others it seems this does happen so I advise checking the radiators after the system is restarted. Overall, I am very pleased with the work (just in time for the very cold weather!) and have no hesitation in recommending this excellent company. I will be sticking with them from now on!

Whole experience has been excellent, from booking in to a punctual visit and a very polite and extremely knowledgeable engineer. Certificate for the boiler and cylinder service was provided and also emailed. Very reasonable price as well. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

We had our boiler fitted by this company a few years ago and have had it serviced annually since. Our experience from the initial installation to the yearly servicing has always been brilliant. The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, through and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt Grange.

Good communication. Engineer running a little late but they let me know and worked around my meetings. Certificate provided quickly. Very professional service. Engineer very polite and got on with the job.

Came on time,chatting to you explaining what he was doing he was so professional in his line of work answered all our questions and at a fantastic price for a boiler his team he has got gets 10-10 and a gold star have recommended matt grange to all my family and friends and they clean up after the work they have done so if you need a new boiler they are the ones for you and marie who works in the office 10-10 for the way she looks after everyone nothing to much trouble if you have a problem well done to everyone at matt grange its a pleasure to know you lot try them believe me you wouldn’t want anyone else to do a job

We’ve twice called Matt Grange at short notice for help with servicing our boiler. The first time was to make sure all was in order with boiler in our old house, which was being to be rented out, and the second this week when we found the letting agent had “forgotten” to arrange any servicing. Both times they have been absolutely brilliant; always following up on messages left, going out of their way to fit around us and doing a first rate job. All the paperwork is now in order and more importantly we know the boiler is safe for people to use. Very highly recommended in every way.

I am so pleased with this company. We had Ceri to service the boiler, he is so responsive and very polite with any questions we have to ask, and a very tidy worker as well. I would never go to any other company as I find Matt Grange are very knowledgeable and we get great customer service.

Matt Grange's reputation precedes him and we have not been disappointed. We had a new boiler installed, pipework moved and tanks removed. From our first enquiry for a quote; recommendations on what we needed; arrangements for the work to be carried out; professional, knowledgable, tidy and efficient crew to the excellent communications from the office. Our experience has been exemplary and I would highly recommend using this company. I could not get time off work and had to leave the crew in my home, which was quite a daunting thought until I met them and felt comfortable with them. A company I can trust with staff I could trust - I am impressed and happy I chose them.
