Mau made it very easy for me start working at BMW, the staff is very professional and thoughtful, and they help you through out the whole process.

MAU is honest & straight forward. They put you to work fast and get you into an Orientation class within a week or 2. They fit you in based on experience and availability

From the first day to the last day of training has been very well communicated.

From a recruitment side, interaction was a perfect balance and very streamlined process. Excellent mix of details and info in all communication . Nothing short of Outstanding with Ashley.

I can only speak to their professional services group, having no interaction with general labor.
Professional services group is excellent at their job. They provide timely feedback, all onboarding is web-based. Communications are fast, direct, respectful, and professionally handled.

Mr. Danny(site supervisor) @ GE is great to work for. From my understanding he was the site supervisor at BMW. My review is based on him and him alone as that’s who I’ve dealt with and it’s been a pleasure!

The entire staff was friendly, understanding, knowledgable, and helpful. The onboarding orientation went well with one exception, the adminstrative representative did not secure my important personal information. She collected two forms of ID and a transcript from me and after she made copies and before she returned them I was called off for a drug screening. When I returned to my seat position there was my information lying there with my soc. sec. card facing upward with my number exposed. Now, the representative might have trusted everyone in the room to not attempt to look over at my information but however, she should have done a better job at protecting my sensitive information with identity theft being on the rise. Moving forward, MAU got me started with a reputable company really quick and it kept me from having to make a life changing decision. Thank all of you at MAU for what you have done for me!

I like the fact that they condition us for work but I don’t like the fact that I’m going to be on b-shift and I still don’t know witch part of the line I’m going to be on.

The employees at MAU in Greenville were very helpful and friendly. They made the process go incredibly smooth! When I needed additional help and info they were not rude, but on the contrary they were very friendly. It was pleasant experience!

The staff are friendly and courteous. The hiring process is thorough but easy to get through. The wait time to be called up for an open position is can be long. Also, orientation was 5 hours long and no pay was offered. However, footwear (up to $150) was provided. Overall, my experience has been good.

The teachers made the experience enjoyable for me. Keep doing what you’re doing BMW.

I was only employed for a two week time during that time I was not shown the correct place to clock in where for three days I was clocking in an out at the wrong location the forklift equipment is not fully operational an has safety issues an instead of proper training I was replaced by the leads best friend then told I wasn’t being let go just was going to find different placement after about a month long wait with no response to text messages voicemails or email i finally find out that I was not even an employee anymore this is not how employment should work even wit South Carolina being an at will state I will not nor will I ever suggest anyone to this company I don’t care how good the job or pay is I was clearly shown my interest or employment was not you all interest not a good company at all

My son worked at MAU(BMW) for about 4mos. He worked in Assembly/ Tilt52 / Band 52. His direct report was someone by the name of Kate. This was his first "real" job. He has worked a part-time for a year and half. He has since found another job and is very happy daily. He went into this job with excitement. He never missed a day. He received his 90 certification. But everyday he was harassed in this area. There was a lot of racial tension. It was his first time experiencing racism. He was hurt and everyday he hated to go in there. When he started, he was told by another employee that he would not be there long because they do not like other races in that Band. He did not understand what that meant and I told his to ignore it because everyone is treated by their character. He would later come home daily upset at things being said and done to him. One particular employee by the name of Hawk cursed him to his face and nothing was done about. This man continued to berate my son daily. I have thought long and hard about sending this email. It has been four months since my son has worked there. I can not as a mother go another day without giving this review. I think any person of color that have worked in that dept should be called for a review. This put a bad taste in his mouth for BMW.
