Everyone polite and curtious they explained and showed how things should be. I couldnt ask for a great group of people.

It is easy getting a new job here. It's given me a great opportunity to start my new future fresh

Not good if your doctors put yiu out of work for a day or so MAU fires you and have you on a no rehire for 2 years

Terrible service had to wait 2 weeks before I was issued a check with a particular assignment. Unorganized schedules, attendance unorganized, incorrect check statements…listen save yourself the headache please.

It’s good I like it so far

Well it went great got hired for 16.50 for days and 17.50 for nights but then they took me off the tipper which ain't no big deal then stuck me in a rewind room and dropped my pay down to 14.50 and 15.50 with out telling me and then they switched my shift around with out any type noticed so I worked on a shift that I didn't need to work on. Which still has me upset so then I am suspost to be switching over to us5 for yard truck driver in about a week so we will see if that happens or not and if it don't happen then mau will lose an employee

The company as a whole wasn't a bad experience. MAU at Michelin US7 Really needs to work on their overtime policy. The amount of mandatory overtime is legitimately unhealthy. People were literally taking drugs and stimulants to maintain their mandatory schedules. That is uncalled for.

Another issue I found with the company is a lack of dealing with the true problems for the sake of aiding their numbers. The amount of sexual harassment is still going on there and no one says or does anything about it for the sake of keeping their hard workers. Another uncalled for action.

I also found that MAU at US7 has a severe lack of patience with new people coming in. They give you no time to learn and if you stand up for yourself then they walk you out the gate. I saw this multiple times throughout my time at US7.

Another issue I saw with the company is there is no such thing as life work balance. Their numbers meant more to them than the personal wellness of their workers. 12 hour shifts are difficult by themselves 4 days a week. Working 72 and 84 hour weeks is just too much. This is the reason so many people there are taking drugs. I could literally list 3 off the top of my head right now that take drugs everyday and leave during lunch to smoke weed just to handle the stress of their time at work.

These appear to be small issues in the corporate eyes, however are huge issues when trying to train and initiate new employees and keeping their current employees. This literally will kill team morale and keep future people from wanting to join the MAU team. And all of these things I've listed are reasons why I no longer want to work there or for MAU in the future. When this company puts their pride at their feet and actually start listening to what people have to say, then this company might be worth working for again.

I was excited about working at Samsung and when I got there it was so unorganized and dysfunctional supervisor acting clueless the line break down and you have to sit for hours line lead and supervisors have their picks and favorite people if you're not from Newberry south Carolina you might as well stay home supervisors also keep a lot of conflict going like telling other people what another person said about them and they are very bad at communicating with the employees If I would've known Samsung was that horrible I wouldn't have wasted my time to even driving all the way to Samsung in Newberry from Columbia, South Carolina and I wouldn't recommend this job for anyone the pay sucks the company sucks

Excellent. I like getting paid every week. The amount of pay is awesome for now...the benefits are great and the job with Michelin is awesome

MAU is a great company to work with they are reasonable and supportive to their employees.

I love my job. You guys are doing great.
