I’ve had a very positive experience with Maximiles. The surveys and offers are easy to complete and don’t take up too much time, so they’re convenient to fit into a busy schedule. The content is generally interesting, and the rewards feel fair for the effort involved.

The platform itself is user-friendly, and I’ve found it reliable when it comes to tracking points and redeeming rewards. Overall, a great way to earn a little extra in your spare time.

Getting gift cards is easier than products for sure! At least they come in normal letter…have had trouble getting parcels where I currently live. I would suggest giving us choices of delivery company would be good

Have been a member for years and had a couple of rewards - it does take a long time to build up points as the surveys don't reward much. recently ordered a Lego item and when I received it, the box was completely smashed up because the packaging was insufficient. I got in touch and sent them photos and they said they would send out a replacement but that was a month ago and I've had nothing. I'm not bothering with them anymore as I can get more points and get vouchers or cash with other survey sites.

I always get my Netflix credits from Maximiles, since I discovered the option a few years ago. It's very easy to make up the points, to qualify, using Maximiles. I also use the points to purchase other items, relevant to me.

Have been with Maximiles for a number of years. Plenty of varied surveys to complete. Also a range of games to keep you amused. Both surveys and games earn points which can go towards a wide range of rewards which are paid promptly when you reach the required targets.

The selection of 5 matte lipsticks are fabulous and all of them in my colour palette, very easy to apply and long lasting, highly recommended.

Order, quick delivery. Excellent service.

Easy to earn and cash in vouchers. It doesn't take long for them to come through and when they do you can use them straight away.
If you have a problem or a question they get back to you quickly

would have given it 5 stars but it takes about 10 months for me to earn enough points for a £25 M&S gift card, but that said I enjoy the surveys and the reward is very useful, there are also lots of other good rewards that won't take as long to earn

Received my reward very quickly. I often get screened out but still enough surveys to get points.

I got some quite decent bottles (6) of wine. It might have taken me about 2 years but they were from Laithwaite's and good quality on the whole

There is lots of choice when claiming rewards, depending on account balance. The rewards are soon despatched, and available to spend.

Some good surveys. But a lot of the time get kicked for being in a large demographic of the country. Also completed a very long survey only to be told my answers were excluded as id done it too fast?!

Large range of rewards fast delivery and good customer service!

I have asked so many times when I am getting my 9000 points for a project i done and I was told as soon as I sent the weighing scales back they would be added that was over 6 weeks ago and I am yet to get them and customer service acknowledgement seems to be over there heads I am so very disappointed and very often now I get notifications on my phone that a survey is available on the app and when I click on it there's nothing there and quite often i don't qualify for a survey due to someone else in mh household has done thd same survey
