1 star â Avoid this brand and especially the Reading Branch, an absolute joke
I paid £90 to have my dissertation printed here, and collecting it has turned into a nightmare. Iâm working full-time, so every trip to this store means taking time out of my working day.
First attempt: the shop had shut early with no warning, and the sign explaining this was literally turned inside out, so I couldnât even read it. I had to call the Maidenhead branch and then head office just to figure out what was going on to which the head office didnât even know either.
Second attempt: shut early again, this time for staff training, with zero notice given to customers whoâd planned around the listed opening hours.
Two wasted trips, two lots of time off work, and still no parcel. For a service youâre paying for, this is a joke. No communication, no reliability, and no consideration for customers who actually have jobs to work around. Iâm now having to chase them to get it shipped out instead, because I canât keep taking time off to be let down by a locked door.
Would not recommend this branch to anyone with a genuine deadline.

Avoid like the plague!
Absolutely dire experience. Iâve used Mailboxes in the past and theyâve been fine but avoid the Chelmsford one like the plague. Not only did they package two pieces of rare, fragile Edward Bawden wallpaper completely incompetently â taping it to a piece of a cardboard that was too small, which meant that by the time Parcelforce delivered it, there was a whole corner torn off and a fold where previously there had been none. That was upsetting enough (and has cost me a fortune to rectify) but theyâve ignored every single email, including the one with pictures attached, theyâve ignored the email from the head office, and on the two occasions when Iâve FINALLY managed to speak to Sandra, the so-called âmanagerâ I first of all was told it wasnât their fault, and latterly she yelled at me and put the phone down on me. They DO NOT deserve anyoneâs business.
