Incompetent and useless service. They quoted and collected from auction very promptly and three weeks on, still no delivery. A week after accepting the quote, I sent a follow up email to find out if they had actually collected the items and when to expect them. An email came back saying they were being processed. 4 days later a request for payment, which was paid the next working day. No further communication from them - this was 11 days ago. I asked for a phone call from the owner of this franchise, Sandra, nothing. I rang head office a week ago - they said they would call back, they havenât. To be fair, other branches are good, itâs just this one. But I still have not received my stuff and now all has gone quiet.
