When I first met Sarah I knew I was going to instruct her and I wasn’t disappointed with her professionalism her personality and the pride she has in her work. I cannot recommend her highly enough she found a buyer within the first 2 days over the asking price and supported us all through the process despite a few hiccups along the way. Lovely lady . Her company is lucky to have her.

We bought a house that was being sold through McCallum Marsh. They stood out from the first phone call where I initially spoke to Andrew. He was friendly & informative, giving me plenty of detail about the house we wanted to view. We had the viewing with Sally, again very friendly and professional, not rushing us or pushing us at all during the viewing. Eventually we decided to offer on the house which was accepted. Where a lot of Estate Agents will then drop you to focus on the next sale, Sally was involved from viewing to completion, checking in regularly all the way through. We had an issue with our buyers solicitors & Sally worked with us and our own Estate Agents doing all she could to get the sale over the line and completed on the target date. Overall Sally went above and beyond which is what you need through a traditionally quite stressful experience. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend McCallum Marsh and we will certainly consider using them to sell our own house in future.

Small is wonderful, they are responsive, easily contactable, no nonsense, highly professional but also very friendly.
I suspect some agents send anyone and everyone to view your house but Andrew and Hannah took the trouble to establish the circumstances of potential buyers and assessed how likely they would be able to proceed.
Once a buyer was found, they kept us informed at every stage of the process.
I had every confidence the sale was in safe hands.
I just don,t know when Andrew sleeps.

If any one should ask for a recommendation of your services, I would wholeheartedly recommend the firm, I felt at ease in the sale of my home, you talked me through each and every aspect of the sale and as I had lived in the house some 50 years it was a difficult time in lots of respects for myself, made so much easier by your constant watch on the situation as it unfolded and the explanation of each process.

From the very start of the valuation, to advertising, viewings and finally sale of our property, Andrew and his team, worked closely with myself and the buyer. The handling of any difficulties or issues were dealt with professionally and in my opinion honestly. We were promptly kept in touch of all developments. Our property was advertised with McCallum Marsh in June 2019 it sold within a few weeks and completion in August 2019. Great results considering the property had been on the market many months prior. McCallum Marsh is a small company but delivered hugely. They went above and beyond what I expected from an estate agent.
