It was my first time hiring a solicitor and I had nothing but positive experiences with McCarthy + Co. Solicitors. They were a pleasure to work with, namely John, Emma, and Maeve. I was completely satisfied with the professionalism, patience, kindness, friendly and clear communications I was provided. John was always available and gave me the best advice when needed. Overall I received excellent service. Should I ever need to, I wouldn't hesitate to use the services of McCarthy + Co. again or recommend them to anyone in need. I bought a house with their help. As there were 2 failed attempts (first, the vendor decided not to sell after all, in the second case, the vendor decided they wanted to split the site), the process lasted 1.5 years, so I met several solicitors, not only Leah Kelly who supported me almost a year long and closed the deal. All of them were awesome. They always reacted fast, and I always felt supported. Absolutely recommended!

Selling our house was a challenge as it started in the middle of the pandemic. We first dealt with Clíodhna O'Regan and she was very helpful. We needed on some occasions to ask her to explain the process over the phone. And she was very obliging, and explained each aspect and cleared up some of the terminology for us. It was easier to do this over the phone.

When she left on maternity leave, Joseph McCarthy took over the process. We did not find any loss in quality with this transition, it was seamless.

Joseph was very accessible and willing to answer our questions, no matter how small. He quickly made us feel at ease with the final sale, we felt informed and he was quick to react to concerns from the lawyer's side.

We would highly recommend the team to anyone going through the process of a house sale.
