Excellent people to deal with . . back for more in the future
I purchased a motorbike from these guys a couple of years ago, and had an excellent experience. They went above & beyond to make sure I was happy, despite the 350Km distance between my home and their shop. I recently purchased another bike (BMW R1250GS) from a dealer elsewhere but asked M&V to check it over. It was WELL WORTH riding the 5 hours to see them to have the check, a service completed and new tyres fitted. I also had a couple of other small queries which were sorted out by the very experienced guys in the workshop without any hassle at all. The following day we returned to checkout some motorbike gear, including helmets and panniers etc. "EVERYONE" we spoke with were very knowledgeable about their products, helpful, professional, and . . . one thing my wife liked tremendously - they communicated with BOTH of us, and not just me (as is often the case when we visit other motorcycle shops & dealers).
I was considering getting just the first service & check done here, and then using someone a little more local for future work, but after this experience, we will be returning for the all future work on the BMW . . . and maybe upgrades and new gear too.
