It was a very good experience and the staff was very helpful and nice .

I ordered a pair of Jordan Retro DIY’s for my daughters birthday.
After 5 days I emailed to ask when the shoes would be dispatched, I then received a reply to say my order was cancelled as they were out of stock?
Upon contacting the Manager of the store, I was told the shoes had turned colour as they were a pair they had since release of the shoe.
However when I went back into the website, the shoes were in stock, but now priced at £499 instead of the £249.99 I purchased them at?
I asked the manager if there was anything they could do, as these were still showing in stock? He replied that the new price of the shoe was the price they would pay to replenish it at todays market value.
The store did say they could help me find another pair, but for me, my order was cancelled 5 days after placing it, and if I was told sooner, this would have given me more time to find another pair before her birthday.
I thought once I placed the order it was all sorted, but not for me unfortunately.
I understand these things happen, but I do think that instead of having to let me down, they could have done more to help.

The store have tried to help even afterwards in sourcing a pair, and then I did find another pair from another store, they reached out with advice and were very apologetic.

I got the help that I was needed, the assistant helped me choose the color of the slides that was suitable to my skin color and she was also trying to show me some other options that they have available in the store. I would definitely recommend that place to my friends and I’m planning on buying a next pair of shoes there.
