Extremely happy with my purchases - picked up 2 jackets and a pair of trousers.
Needed to exchange 1 jacket for a smaller size due to fit preference, was dealt with swiftly and smoothly.
Overall quality for price is exceptional, will be buying from them again
Awaiting a refund for an item that I returned on the 11th January. Feels like this company might be a scam. I don't know what to do as the only way to contact them is via email. I emaield them and got a response on the 24th Jan and they said they would look into it and be back in contact within 24-48 hours which never happened. If anyone from the company looks at these reviews please can you get in contact.
Still awaiting a refund for an item (over £100) that I sent several weeks ago. I have emailed several times to enquire, attached proof of delivery of the returned item, all to no reply. Frustratingly there is no phone number to call.
