I purchased an update for a Silhouette Cameo machine from MDP Supplies in the UK . There was a slight problem with it . I contacted MDP and spoke to a very nice person named Erin ,absolutely brilliant in every one of my 3 calls . Talked me through everything brilliant!!! Thank you Erin . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I contacted this company to confirm the internal dimensions of a box, to ensure my item would fit.

Despite requesting internal dimensions in multiple emails, I was repeatedly given other measurements i.e. external and flat box measurements, which didn’t answer the question.

When I phoned to clarify, I was asked to refer to the emails (which still didn’t provide the information), and in the following call I made, the phone abruptly closed shortly after I began explaining that I was looking for the internal dimensions.

Eventually, I received the information I needed, however the way my query was handled left a negative impression.

Aside from Neil, who was respectful, the customer service I experienced was disappointing and, at times, dismissive and unprofessional. Based on this, I would not recommend this company.

My go to supplier for nearly 5 years now. Fast delivery, and incredible customer service! Goes above and beyond to make sure you're entirely happy with your purchase. They also have a huge range of 305mm vinyls, which many companies don't offer, so theyre perfect for any of us silhouette and cricut users

there brilliant for small businesses, they carrie every thing you need to start up and more.

I collected numerous sheets of vinyl for a project. When I went to make my project I noticed I’d been given 2 sheets of the wrong colour. I emailed MDP and received the response that because it was an in store collection the branch needed to deal with it. I called the branch and was told I should’ve checked through all my sheets before I left the store!! I asked if they could pop the 2 sheets in the post but I was met with no it doesn’t work like that!! The only the option I had was a refund “as a gesture of goodwill” 😳. It cost them more to refund me than it would’ve cost for a postage stamp! Terrible customer service!

I've ordered many items from MDP over the last 7 years and never once had an issue with either the items or members of staff.
I recently ordered a few items as i wanted to start printing again. Everything turned up as planned however the heat press was missing a bolt to keep the heat press plate in place. I rang MDP to explain the missing part and was told "there will be a certain amount of movement from the hot plate". I explained I was aware of this but had it not been for the wiring I could have turned the whole hotplate by 360 degrees. This was met by "You need to email us with pictures"
An email was sent on the 10th of February with pictures and an explanation of what was missing, then I began the wait for a reply.....2 emails later and exactly one month I'm still waiting for a reply, not even a confirmation of my emails,

I don’t think I’ve came across another company as helpful as MDP Supplies, Ian in the Hillington branch is an absolute credit to this company, so helpful, no question ever feels like a silly question, he is knowledgeable in the products and we always find him very pleasant too. Also Neil from Head Office is another credit to MDP Suplies, again very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Quality products at great prices.

I generally like the products but my last 3 orders for pick up at openshaw have all been wrong. Today I had to pay someone to pick up my order and when they were checking it they were ensured it was all there and stupidly took their word and left. I've now received 60 of the wrong shape coasters again and have to pay someone to take me back again where any other wholesaler who has made mistakes had just sent out the correct supplies. Im annoyed the person who offered to collect them for me didn't double check like I remained them and but they were made to feel bad for checking and understand everyone makes mistakes but not the last 3 times in a row with more than one different product on occasions.

Good selection of quality vinyl, fast delivery too.

Always been a fantastic fast and efficient service. But have they closed down? Website no longer available and elsewhere saying it’s dissolved? Very sad if so.

MDP are always there to help, they are very well stocke and if any product is unavailable, in my experience, it only takes a few days to get it in.

They always go above and beyond to accommodate us.

My mother use to use this company and now I do, they're reliable & fast but I do think overpriced. You can buy vinyl much cheaper nowadays but I trust this company so I stay with them. I wish they would offer free shipping at a lower price instead of over £120.

Edit in reply to your response, there is no stock AT ALL in the items that i have requested! I bought everything from in store months ago, they have not been restocked at all, after several requests!
As I said previously, I will continue to use another supplier until you start listening to your customers! You haven't even asked what items, you just straight to the excuses. I stand by my review.
I am constantly asking the sales team to stock up on certain items at my local store, I'm always told no, that they will stock up when they see the demand for them. How will they see the demand for them when I'm having to order from another supplier instead? I'm currently ordering 50-60 items a week from another supplier, because your sales team does not listen, and does not work with the customers needs. Such a shame as your swansea store is very local to me, it would be so handy to pop in there and purchase, but if I have to order online, then I'll keep using the other supplier as they have a much wider range and I can restock everything with them
