The company operates more holiday parks (Hayling island, Hampshire, Henfold lakes, Surrey, Billing Aquadrome, Northamptonshire).
They invested a lot and developed it to the highest standards while we lived there. Professional flood protection, fully fenced and warded, a lot of indoor/outdoor activities and a new residental area.
Need to know: purchase a caravan best way directly from the (new) sales office. Private buy and sale of your own caravan property is incredible complicated, takes months (for us from 6th June to 25th August) and quite expensive due to comission fee, VAT of opt-out fee and gas check, electric check despite having a recent check.
Overall, we can only say good things, highly recommended, 5/5*, the most beautiful holiday park in the midlands.

Awful experience. Caravan was a absolute disgrace. Carpets and settee are filthy, floors not mopped, found a razor outside door, broken pile of glass outside, only 2 forks for a 8 berth van, hallway walls, door and ceiling sprayed with something red, bags of old rubbish and linens left outside on the drive of all Caravans, how they can rent out a Caravan like that is beyond me... 0 out of 10. Stay away.
