Ordered a personalised memorial book which was delivered swiftly and wrapped carefully in tissue paper. It was exactly what we hoped for and personalised beautifully. Lovely supportive communication with Meadow Gifts when asking them to check the spelling as it was such a sensitive item. The book itself was just the right size with plenty of pages using quality paper and came with a silver effect pen which sits in a little holder attached to the side. Overall a lovely fitting item and wonderful customer service. Highly recommended

I have used Meadow Gifts before and received a very good service, which is why I returned to order another gift. The service on this occasion was above and beyond what I would expect. I misspelt my email address which is why I hadn’t received confirmation of my order. Being concerned about not receiving confirmation I contacted Meadow Gifts and immediately got reassurance that it had been received and that my order had in fact been dispatched. The following day the order arrived and was even nicer than I expected. The date I had added as numbers, on my inscription, as I didn’t have enough letters available to write it in full. To my surprise and total delight, Meadow Gifts inscribed it in full. I am so grateful at this thoughtfulness. I would not hesitate to recommend their products and the service to anyone. I will also return more regularly..

I ordered a personalised book of condolence for a funeral, and needed it quickly. It arrived very quickly - far sooner than I’d expected - and was of excellent quality. Mark, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process.

Have never before used this company but saw the perfect personalised gift for somebody on the website and thought I’d give them a go. I’m glad I did! Not only was the item I received beautiful and engraved as requested, but the owner Mark was amazing throughout the entire process, going the extra mile to ensure I was happy when I made several enquiries and updating me on where my order was up to. He responded to every email very quickly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble! Mark adds a real personal touch and is, in my opinion, what really makes this company stand out from others!
