A great service despite the online questions
A great service despite the difficulty involved in using the online consultation questions to paint a full picture of what is needed.
It is very difficult to actually get a GP appointment in Wales and it is going to get worse. Online pharmacy services will come into their own in the very near future. Consultation and prescribing will need to become seamless in order to provide this service.
That said, I am very pleased with the service Medical Specialists® Pharmacy has given me and would certainly recommend them. Thank you.

We thank you for bringing this to the publics attention. It is important for people to understand our Terms & Conditions. We, like all other online pharmacies, clearly point out that once a patient has had a consultation and selected their medication and recieved it, we offer no refund unless we have sent the wrong product.
Please understand we are not the NHS, but even if you go to your GP and they prescribe medication that leads to a reaction, you still have to pay again for the replacement prescription.
We hope this explains things and hope you understand our policy on medication.
