Azithromycin medication

I’ve paid for the product and now am being asked questions about my living conditions, which I think isn’t suitable. How I am living shouldn’t matter. I’m walking around affecting my fertility, I’ve answered your questions and medication to stop myself having inconvenient pains now and In the future

I found the initial process fine

I found the initial process fine. But the next day received a text message requesting more info. No way to contact in return. Used the contact form and have still heard nothing at all. Not very good customer service / website experience.
