I signed up for the subscription plan for 3 months and Im very happy with treatments given by Laura and the effects it has given to my skin. However not so happy on the admin/customer service side. I noticed a fourth payment had been taken from my account and contacted the receptionist and no apology was given. I had to give my bank details over the phone to be written on a piece of paper not ideal ( no data protection here) and was advised it would be refunded at some point and could take up-to 10 days with no notification of actually when the refund had been processed. My opinion the treatments are good but the back office is lacking unfortunately and would definitely make me think twice before signing up to anything else with this company unfortunately.

Went in for some treatment on my face which was worrying me and gave me a complex, and Laura worked wonders couldn’t believe the outcome.
I’ve been overwhelmed and can’t believe the difference.
So if you are looking for someone then please book with Laura .

My experience in Medizen was spectacular to say the least, my appointment booked with Annabelle went fantastic and i highly recommend her,overall Medizen is so far the best skin clinic i have experienced.

I visited recently and received the most amazing treatment from one of the practitioners. I’ll definitely be returning again for further appointments.

I recently got married on the 29th July and had 3 monthly sessions of profhilo during the lead up.

My skin on the day felt and looked amazing, rejuvenated and dewy!

Everyone including the make up artist commented how much my skin texture had improved.

Cannot recommend enough!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve had Laser Genesis treatments for a while now and my skin has never looked better. Every person I’ve met has been professional, friendly and provided me with incredible service. Couldn’t recommend more!

The staff team at Medizen are brilliant! They are so knowledgeable and always offer the best advice and treatments. Can not recommend this clinic enough.

Had electrolysis absolutely a complete waste of time, had around 9 months treatment paid £775.
Once a week for 30 mins that's what they recommended. Still today hairs are all still there went back. Said I would have to pay if I wonted anymore joke
Wouldn't get any refund. When I first went couldn't wait to take the money and reasure me it would leave me with no hair or maybe a little. It's exactly the same.

I had a bad experience here and either believe or agree with all of the other bad reviews.

This is an excellent clinic with lovely staff, I went in for the Miradry treatment as I suffer from Hyperhydrosis. 20 days after my treatment, I feel the treatment has completely changed my life. I couldn't recommend Miradry or MediZen more highly.

I spent £1300 on fillers in my face and I’ve spent £1300 trying to find out what the Pain, Tingling and awful effects that Dr Ecclestone did on my face!
You dong appreciate pain free faces , until a Doc ruins your face and does nothing to help fix it !
A pain doctor in York has confirmed that Doc Ecclestone purged the painful NEURALGIA with the misuse of his hands and needles!
Buyer Beware. If I can help just one person, then I’ve done my job.

Went today for express facial which is half an hour after feeling short changed on time last time I decided to time it from the minute I got on the bed to putting my card in the machine it was 13 minutes for £70 not a happy bunny
Staff are lovely but have felt this last twelve months they have only been interested in profit
While Sutton ladies May be lucky to have a few extra pennies Do not treat us as stupid

I had a consultation with Doctor Eccleston today regarding some treatment administered at another beauty salon that hadn’t gone to plan. I am so pleased that because of his knowledge and experience I have been comforted that things will get better. Should have come to Medizen at the beginning.
