Excellent service, prompt delivery. I never had a problem with a Medypharma shipment in Customs. Prices are going up, however. That's probably not Medypharma's fault, but it pinches.

Communication problems
I didn’t receive the 20 extra pills as promised. The brands were changed on part of the order. I sent an email complaining about this and never received a reply. The correct pills I got work well.

Great product, timely delivery
Like others I was a little apprehensive the first time I ordered, but If you know what you want this is the place to go. Place your order, pay your invoice and it's on the way. Takes a few weeks to reach your door in the US but well within the promised time frame when ordered. Great quality products at a fraction of the cost I was paying domestically.

Good experience
No fuss and responsive to queries (had difficulty tracking the parcel and they assisted immediately). Reasonable delivery times considering the busy Christmas period and Covid shipping delays. Would use again.

I couldn't possibly have afforded to…
I couldn't possibly have afforded to pay US prices for this product. I wouldn't have had a love life. This is the third time I've used metapharma, and though I worried of course that I might get ripped off, the package is always showed up and the product works just great. Thank you very much.
