I was easily able to make deposits what so ever but coincidentally after I submitted a request for withdrawal thatâs where the circus started. DONT TRUST THEM. I sent my document verifications identity, they got approved after days, my account was opened again, less than 5 hours later they block my account AGAIN, asking for MORE documents, I give it to them, they state it takes 72 hours maximum on their website but it has been way longer and they are still not letting me access my account, take my money, or approve the documents that wonât take longer than a second. They copy paste responses, are holding my money, and despite being so patient with them as this has been over 10 days, they are still very SLOW. I wonder if Iâll ever get my money Iâll make sure to leave updates for you guys and change my review if needed.
Edit: the documents were clear, and nothing was wrong with them, they were sent over 100 hours ago, and I havenât heard back since, so please spare me the formality and all that non sense when in reality you have no excuse for the long wait times.

- âYou know that unfortunately, I cannot affect the timeframes on this so we can now only wish for a fast reply.â
These responses are all simply copied from the last chat I had with them. They donât try to solve anything, they donât care about you as a player. Never ever play here!
Third edit: They wonât even chat with me anymore, they just open and close the chat and arenât cooperating at all. Be aware. The good reviews are from satisfied customers on invitation who probably received a bonus or something.
