My wife and me started using Melaleuca products 20 years ago. Our decision changed our life. We were experiencing significantly health problems with the cleaning products that you can buy at stores. I recommend changing store to everybody, it would make a difference.

Well I became a member like 5 months ago. Did my ordering every month , but first of all notice a charge to a melaleuca company and to Canada phoned and they said they didn’t understand how that could happen ! Let that go then July 1st we were away and they placed there order on 1:03 am on July 1st ! And I happened to phone in July 2nd to place my membership on hold as was going on holidays to which I found out about the order on July 1st to which I never received a e mail about but as I am chatting with them the e mail comes in ! Asked if they could cancel the order they sent for $110 they said oh no it is already gone out ! Asked what was in the order and found out most of the stuff I would never use and we are a scent free home as have one that is asthmatic. ! Didn’t even listen to! So that order took 8 days to come and they sent me a return sticker to return ! So I did that , then yesterday the 15th called and the person says oh yes we have your refund in your Melalucca account which I had cancelled ! Asked why it was sitting there ?? Said oh I will put in your visa account which was $82 dollars ! So they took $28 dollars to ship stuff that I would never use. To me it is a prymid scheme ! Sill haven’t got my money back as he said it could take 5 business days but only tool a couple of seconds to take money out of my account ! SO READ ALL THE FINE PRINT with this company !

I had to cancel my membership due to a job loss and was due a wellness order of fiber & protein products. It took 2 weeks to get my last order and they sent me a box of dollar store products which i can use or would never order. A bar of yellow dollar store soap, .5ml of oil, cheap probiotic capsules, shampoo, spot removal , toilet bowl cleaner tooth paste and a tube of lavender lotion. Dollar tree special for $90.00. unbelievable. Worst experience ever. Run from this company.

I’m honestly exhausted.

I wanted to love this company. My first two orders went well, and I genuinely liked the products.

Then my payment card expired. I called, updated my payment information, and paid $75 for my order. I thought everything was taken care of.

Instead of receiving the products I paid for, I received a certificate in the mail.

I remember opening it and thinking, “Where’s my order?”

When I called, I was told I needed to pay additional tax and shipping on the certificate. Then I was told I needed to pay for the next month’s order before they would send the order I’d already paid for.

At that point, I just felt defeated.

I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to fix this, and now I have to contact my bank over an order I never received.

The customer service representatives were always kind, so my frustration isn’t with them. It’s with a system that, in my experience, charged me for an order but sent me a certificate instead of the products.

I don’t understand why a company would do that. If a customer has paid for an order, just send the order.

I went from being excited about the products to feeling completely worn out. I won’t be ordering again.

I reluctantly joined melaleuca before thoroughly researching the products because a friend who is an employee was able to win a cruise if she got so many people to join. I had to buy a lot of items in order to get free shipping which isn’t really free shipping, it’s points given to you to spend the following month. Scam. So I purchased a lot of products and so far I have tried the dishwasher tabs and the laundry detergent and softener. The dishwasher tabs do not clean! I ran several loads of dishes and every time my daughter emptied the dishwasher she asked me what am I doing differently because the dishes and silverware are coming out very dirty. I told her what I’m using and she said mom just throw them out! They don’t clean at all. Next I tried the laundry detergent and softener. The detergent I have no feelings on but the softener has my clothes smelling like perfume. It was so strong even my husband was shocked. I know how toxic all these perfumes are in products so I was shocked when melaleuca which claims to be non toxic had such a strong perfume smell in their softener. I couldn’t take the smell so I rewashed the whole load with my own scent and dye free detergent and softener and the clothes still smell as strong as when I first washed them. There is no way that a non toxic product has a scent so strong it doesn’t come out of the clothes. Needless to say I canceled my membership and will make it a point to tell everyone my experience so they can avoid being scammed. I certainly learned my lesson.

I’m tired of being forced to order things from this company every month. I should have a choice on if I want to order or not, but if you don’t order your amount for your points, they force you to do it by sending you a back up box. They aren’t cheap and sooooo not worth it. Product is okay, but the company is scamming you monthly… regardless of a choice. You don’t get one, you don’t order, then you have one sent to you regardless. I’ve lost more than 345$ from this company and I cannot even log into my account since I signed up months ago.

MLM. Hate how difficult ot is to cancel membership. They try to force you to take another shipment if the junk they choose that I always end up throwing away

Twins now get perfect attendance. Before, they missed a lot of school. A lot of breathing treatment days before making the switch

Unfortunately there products gave me a rash and made my cat eyes runny… the moisturizer made my skin brake out in hives. The laundry detergent seems ok but the dishwasher detergent didn’t clean my dishes that good unless I do a 3 hour wash…the supplements are ok so far the food snacks aren’t the best but ok… products are expensive. The cleaning products aren’t the best window cleaner leaves streaks, the toilet bowl cleaner simply doesn’t clean.

Ordered a product from this company they said it will be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks and 5 1/2 weeks later I canceled my order because they never shipped the product this is a breached contract!!! I called. They told me it had not been shipped yet and they would try to speed up the process.!! but I canceled it instead!! . They refunded part of my money but shorted me $50 !! I informed them they had made a mistake , and breached the contract. I should not be harmed I should receive a full refund. They say no and I say yes. If a party breaks a contract then breaching party should bear all losses not the party who did nothing wrong. We have traded about 15 emails and they give me nothing but BS I’ve escalated the issue to my credit card company. This company just wants the profits and they could care less about you!!!! with that said I’m happy I will not be putting their products into my body because if that is the company policy, it’s profits over people’s health so I wouldn’t want to do business with these people. Order with a company called JADE shipped the product in 3 days !!! Same product

I just purchased the Vitality for Life Collagen Boost with Ceramides thinking it was a clean formula. On their website, they only listed the active ingredients of this product and completely omitted the non-medicinal list of ingredients which are 9 in total and only 4 were acceptable but how did they omitted such a big list!
For someone sensitive to chemicals like myself , imagine taking this product for 20-30 days and not knowing that your sensitivity could have been caused by this product for not disclosing properly the whole list of ingredients on their website. Very misleading!!!!! I will never recommend a company like this.

The have great products that work well and help you save money.

Just another typical "Multi-Level-Marketing" company, trying to recruit innocent and naive people into its "Pyramid" scam, using pushy aggressive marketing agents, "under cover", and snaky solicitation tactics.
I was stalked by one of them, trying to "become a friend" through friends, only he didn't know I have a nose for those fake friends. I looked into the company's website menu and only realized the products line is NOT superior to most competitive retailers and brands, not in prices and not in quality (free market research), but very committing as in most member clubs. My friends has found also non-natural (synthetic) ingredients in some of the products!
Save your money and keep the free market from those "leeches". I already blocked this "friendly" agent from contacting me.

Member for 2 years and was struggling the last few months with sloppy shipments and missing items. Customer Service did ship the missing items without question but not able to address the poor packaging. When I reached out to my "rep" to complain, she told me that I should probably just cancel as we weren't a good fit and shop at Walmart or Target!!! WTH! I called customer service, stated I like the product and want to switch reps, they said I couldn't. Was told I had to wait 6 months and do it all over again. Apparently there is no way to leave you rep even if they don't want you! Only recourse is to stay and continue to have her benefit from my orders! Umm, nope! So waiting for my missing items and will move on. So all in all the products are OK, not earth-shattering or even earth saving, lots of packaging waste and plastic. Many other companies to choose from still made in the USA. So my suggestions, choose another!

What you should know before signing up. You have to make a monthly order or they will send you random stuff that you probably don't even need and that are not even close to the value what they charge you.

Sale person did not even informed about the process and never mentioned what I'd be charged and after sending email with cancellation still they took money from my account !

Firma Melaluca ma tak skonstruowane konto, że samemu nie możesz go zamknać ani zmienić profilu konta. Wszystko musisz robić po przez formularze które trzeba pobrać, jest to o tyle utrudnione, że same formularze nie pojawiaja się z poziomu aplikacji, trzeba wejść na stronę przez przeglądarke następnie ściągnąć formularz który się kiepsko uzupełnia. Ogólnie nie polecam. Melaluca chyba celowo utrudnia wszystko po to, aby co miesiąc wyłudzać kasę na niepotrzbne w danej chwili produkty. Generalnie same produkty do prania są dobre ale reszta bez rewelacji. Znajdą się na ryku lepsze o niższej cenie i bez uwiązania umową, gdzie co miesiąc MUSISZ wydać około 300 do 400zł. Jeżeli nie uzbierasz 35 punktów co miesiąc z zamówienia to Melaluca nie dokoptuje ci do tej sumy, jeżeli zamówiłeś namniejszą kwotę tylko wyśle osobny pełno 35 punktowy zestaw którego nie chciałeś. Ja tak raz zamówiłam za jakieś 18 punktów poczym Melaluca dosłała mi pełen 35 punktowy zestaw. Nie podoba mi się taka praktyka jest to czyste siedzenie na portflu klienta.

I contacted them repeatedly to get some more info before they slapped the mandatory order on me, asking for someone to please help me. COMPLETELY IGNORED. So, I just said "If nobody can help me get some information I'll have to cancel" and after TWO SOLID WEEKS of being completely ignored, THAT one line was seen and IMMEDIATELY acted upon! Iwas canceled. That's 2 weeks after ordering a starter shipment that cost well over $200... after they canceled me, the salesman who talked me into that huge starter bundle NOW contacted me!!!! After 2 SOLID WEEKS of begging for help, and after my membership had already been canceled. Zero explanation, zero attempts to fix anything, zero times did ANYONE say "what info do ya need"... nothing at all! Just shipped me a bunch of random items, MOST of which I didn't need or want, the salesman told me REPEATEDLY that I could swap them out and then never let me swap anything... HORRIBLE company with a couple of great products...

What you should know before signing up. You have to make a monthly order or they will send you random stuff that you probably don't even need, you have to meet a quota of certain amount of points per month, again if you don't they will send you random stuff, you cannot sell the items but if you don't for you alone making that monthly quota is almost impossible some of the products do almost nothing well other ones I actually like. If you have a friend that's already signed up just order from them it's not worth signing up just for yourself.

The atmosphere and food was absolutely amazing. Our wait staff ‘Marine’ went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after and that I had an enjoyable birthday meal there.
I would definitely go back.
