I signed up for their 1 week Trial Period at a discount rate of US$1.46 for 2 photo image upgrades. Almost immediately my account was charged US$5.85 & an additional charge of US$29.24 was applied almost immediately.

This web site had no login services to access & manage account details or subscriptions & only relied on email to communicate.

On 28 September 2026, I received the following response;
"We have forwarded your refund request regarding the additional “Custom Prompts” purchase to the responsible team for review. We assess each situation individually, so the review process may take up to 10 business days. As soon as the review has been completed, we will contact you and inform you of the decision.

Fifteen days late & there is still no response.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!

il faut fuir ce site car ils prélèvent des options que l'on a pas commandé et refusent le remboursement. ils ne
fournissent pas de facture.
Ce sont des voleurs.

Nous avons voulu profiter d'une offre internet pour modifier une photo de famille de façon amusante pour 5€. Sans le savoir (certainement écrit en tout petit dans les conditions générales que l'on doit cocher au moment du paiement des 5€) cela a déclenché un abonnement mensuel de 59,99€. Nous l'assimilons à de l'arnaque.

Complete unprofessional and fraud!

I completely agree with another reviewer. Same thing happened to me. I got trial and after i got charged full amount and on my attempts to cancel subscription they stopped replying! Until now i didn't manage to cancel my subscription with them and i am going to file dispute with my bank to block them from charging my card again. Please be careful and don't use this fraud company services.

J'ai souscrit un abonnement pour 7 jours (faire un essai).
J'ai payé la somme due. Je devais recevoir un code pour accéder à mon espace. Malgré de nombreuses tentatives, aucun envoi de code. J'ai envoyé un mail pour signaler le problème. Pas de réponse. J'ai envoyé un 2ème mail demandant la résiliation de mon compte, j'attends leur réponse
Et je vais bloquer, auprès de ma banque toute demande de prélèvement à venir car je pense que je n'aurai aucune nouvelle de leur part)

A word of warning to anyone tempted to use this App. It appeared on Facebook detailing how one can turn their photos into movement, eg waving smiling etc. I decided to trial it for a week however my bank declined the payment suggesting it could be a scam. Due to a bank error this payment went through unknown to me and it wasn’t until a week later on checking bank statement that a payment of £54.75 had been taken as trial period was over. I did not receive any acknowledgment or receipt from this company informing me of this. After several email attempts I did receive an acknowledgment apologising for late response but informing me that they had now cancelled my subscription but that I would not be refunded for this amount.
Please be aware that they are charging £54.75 per month for turning a photo into movement. I haven’t even used their site so I’m out of pocket for nothing.
