Parfait! Service client au top

Dropping headbands from China.
The website looks professional with the address given in France.
I ordered 3 headbands.
2 arrived damaged. 1 was incorrect from what I ordered.

Arrived in Chinese packaging, 1 band was very bent and the one with the chain had the chain detached from the band it had been poorly glued on.

I did manage to get a refund.
Initially I was not getting a refund for the hairband which was incorrect from the one ordered but in the end the full order was refunded.

The link to review the products on the website is broken and Google review option does not seem to be available.

I would like to upload photos but the site is not letting me.
