Portraits are absolutely amazing! The first one I received of my bunnies for my partners birthday I was literally in aww! I couldn’t believe how good it was and I still am. Would definitely order from there again. Great pricing, if you need any updates on the portraits you will get a reply in a reasonable time. Very reliable. Highly recommend.

I have brought 4 portraits, excellent service every time. Highly recommend, Zoe has ensured that the each portrait has been perfect.

Absolutely amazing! Even with Zoe being so busy with Christmas orders my portraits look perfect. The best gift to give someone. Zoe is lovely as well and very helpful.

The portrait took 6-7 weeks for the first draft to be sent to me following being chased multiple times. Once I received the portrait it was terrible quality, looked like my dogs were cropped out of the original image and pasted on a white background. The filter which is obviously used to create the photo wasn’t applied. I emailed back and said I wasn’t happy, an hour later I received a completely different image.

This is concerning because:
1. To create the completely different image took 1 hour which I waited 6-7 weeks for
2. I paid money for my image to be cropped and an average filter to be applied.

Personally, I do not recommend. The reason I gave the stars that I did was because Zoe redid the picture without complains and in a timely fashion. Other than that, the image itself is not worth the cost.

Fantastic communication from Zoe, would highly recommend, she can alter to the size of picture you want not just standard set size when getting developed
And the overall picture is beautiful. Perfect Christmas present! I love it x

I ordered a digital portrait of 2 pets. One was a kitten and one an older Spaniel so I hand that much opportunity to have photos of them together so I sent in a handful of photos. The outcome was amazing. It took just over a month which is expected as it’s more than one animal and it was so worth the wait. I have since printed the piece and had it framed on a coffee table as well as made it my new Apple Watch Face! I love it and I couldn’t be happier with how amazing the price is! Thank you!

When I found this website I was excited as thought I’d found the right company for my gift I was going to give to my boyfriend. Unfortunately after ordering it I didn’t have a good experience. The processing time is 2-4 weeks when I ordered so I did not chase it up until close to the end of the 4 weeks. There had been generic emails sent saying processing times were taking longer (these emails were sent 2 weeks after I placed my order) however this seemed like an advert email and applied to orders just made but I’ll admit this is my fault for assuming this but I should’ve been told on the day I ordered it that it would’ve taken longer, and this seemed unprofessional. Moreover, I had to email a few times to get any response as I was stressing about what was happening with it. When I finally got the photo I was extremely disappointed. For what I thought was a hand drawn digital artwork, like many other places especially on Etsy (which is also described as digital artwork) it was not. The photos had been taken, and fuzzed up a wee bit and then placed on a blank canvas. I think for £36 this is ridiculous as it’s essentially something you could do yourself. I was happy to pay this for something I felt was handmade and drawn. Some of this is my own fault for presumptions but when I contacted about my disappointment the response seemed quite rude when I kept saying I’m sorry for complaining as it’s not something I like to do. Just wanted to warn here so people knew what they were getting. If you’re wanting something for Xmas I’d be warned as you may not get it in time!
