Fabulous service from Alex and Mollie. It’s the 3rd car we’ve purchased from Mercedes South West, we live 200 miles away but we won’t use any other Showroom. From start to finish the process was seamless and communication clear and timely, I’d definitely recommend.

Following a poor experience with another (local) Mercedes dealership, Mercedes South West (Luke, Elliott and Maddie) provided easy, friendly and efficient service. They listened to our requirements, resolved the queries and made the purchase process efficient and a pleasure. We could t ask for more, even to the point of organising a taxi from Exeter train station to the office.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mark, Michael & Georgia in purchasing my CLA. A seamless buying experience, made so easy from start to finish! They took the time to send me videos of the vehicle, talk me through the whole process, plus any extras I wanted to add on and went out for a test drive. For reasons I won’t go into here, we decided that we needed to get an automatic. Not being able to find a suitable replacement Volvo we found a Mercedes-Benz A200 online at MB South-West in Exeter. Michael, Mark, and Georgia were professional and helpful. Mark, one of those guys who it is impossible not to like, gave us a virtual tour and talked over the part exchange. Once the deal was negotiated with Michael – the part of the process I’ve always found very stressful – Mark dealt with the test drive and final purchase; he also helped arrange a complimentary first service which was due just after we bought the car. Georgia helped with sorting out the temporary insurance cover and how we would pay on the day. We are very pleased with the car and, on reflection, the deal that was made. Would we use MBSW again? Without doubt.

Buying a car online was not my first preference, but having seen the car that l was mad about, took the chance with Mercedes-Benz South West. From beginning to end everything went very smoothly and had additional help and advice when needed. Purchased a one year old MB EQC premium plus for £39k - list (80k new) . Michael and the team were great . Good communication , car immaculate on pick up- thank you . Even arranged a taxi to pick up having come down on train to collect .

Honestly, this was th easiest, most professional and efficient, car buy ever. I live about 4 hours from the Mercedes garage, where I bought the car. Mark, Michael and Georgia made it easy and arranged the car to be dropped off to me. Very friendly, and knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. Any question I had, they were fast and swift with a clear answer. Nothing was any trouble for them. I would definitely buy from this place again.
