Since being selected as one of Mercedes-Benz’s key business partners, Mercedes-Benz South West has enjoyed fantastic success and recorded some significant business achievements. This included undertaking a multi-million-pound investment programme to create four state-of-the-art automotive retailing outlets aimed at enhancing sales and after sales facilities for customers across the region. Since then the business has grown with an Online Team being established in 2021. In 2024, Mercedes-Benz South West became the exclusive sales outlet of new Mercedes-Benz Vans in the South West. The tremendous progress and results achieved by Mercedes-Benz South West have been recognised by the manufacturer on more than one occasion. The group was named Mercedes-Benz Retailer of the Year for 2008 and, in 2019, secured the title of smart retailer of the year for an unprecedented fourth time. In 2022, the group was also awarded Mercedes-Benz Used Car Sales Team of the Year.

Charged me for a new switch..12 months…

Charged me for a new switch..12 months later same switch failed again..i was then told sorry you will have to pay again for another...local garage did it half the price..

Buying vans from Mercedes-Benz south west was outstanding!!!

Buying vans from Mercedes-Benz south West was a fantastic experience.
From obtaining prices through to delivery was first class.
The vans arrived on time and were even delivered to the sign writers and collected by Andrew and his team.
we were kept informed every step of the way and can honestly say we are very very happy with the whole experiance.
We will definitely highly recommend Mercedes-Benz south west.
Andrew Hawkins is a great person to deal with and we will defiantly be dealing with Andrew again in the future.
