The worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of being in contact with. I had purchased a hoodie on the 1st of October (now the 23rd) and it still has not been dispatched. Email support tickets go ignored (took 3 before I got a carbon-copy template response not addressing the issues and contacting customer service via the phone number is like pulling teeth. The woman I spoke to both times was rude, dismissive and couldn't care less about helping; just brushing paying customers off. When expressing my frustration, she said in a monotone voice that "my feedback is noted" and that "she doesn't have anything to do with what happens at the warehouse".

Any companies that are partnered with MerchSham need to find relationships with any other Aussie business. What a joke.

Ordered some merch off here for a birthday present. No update on shipping for weeks, contacted the company and they replied that the items will be shipped today and provided a tracking number. A month later, Aus Post is still waiting to receive the item, and the company has not replied to my weekly emails asking for an update. Will be reaching out to the band directly to let them know the poor quality of this company.

Ordered a t-shirt, which had no indication it was out of stock. The order went through!
I then got a notification that I was on the 'waiting list' for the item and would receive when it was back in stock. It's been 2 years! Now I'm just convinced they are doing this to scam people on purpose.

Despite many emails and 0 responses I've tried everything I can. Not sure what to do - I'm so angry!

Since I was 'waiting, I didn't bring it up with my bank in the timeframe. So now I've just lost that money forever.

Would rate 0 if I could.

Woeful communication especially zero by email. Pre ordered vinyl Nov 6 for release around Nov 26 with T shirt as well. No delivery or notification well after the date, which was to be a Xmas gift. Sent emails etc but no reply. Did manage to reach by phone and was advised no stock of T-Shirt but they were unable to provide expected delivery which was also holding up vinyl being sent. Sent email request to refund T-Shirt and expedite vinyl purchase. No email reply but refunded following day. Xmas went past and then was hoping to be birthday gift second week January. Again contacted via email but nothing but managed to get in contact by phone. Missed birthday date as well. But finally today vinyl was received. The comms is the main thing to be improved which would just make the experience so much better!

Well over a month since I ordered merch from them. Order never sent. No response to repeated emails. Scam - avoid.

Bought a vinyl from Merch Fan appearing in some of the paperwork as “Warner Music Australia”. The item did arrive though much later than expected. They did send an update about the delay, Their phone number was seldom answered. They also promised to send the digital files while the physical item was delayed but the digital files never came. All up, it was a mediocre experience during the wait, mainly due to them not being reachable (they never returned my calls after leaving voice messages). However, since the item did arrive, at least it is not a scam site so hopefully others will get their items also eventually.

Please steer well clear of this company.
I ordered a vinyl as an eight week back order, I couldn't find it anywhere else and this is supposed to be a Xmas present. I have no idea what to do about this now.
It's been well over eight weeks and the status is still "order placed", no update on what is happening, it hasn't even been processed.
I have attempted three times to gain an update and all I get in return is a generic "we are very busy" email.

Very poor customer service and if I am truthful I do not even believe that they have any intention of sending it, I genuinely think that I have been scammed.

*Edit... Well Xmas is now over and the product didn't arrive.
The order was placed over 15 weeks ago and they took the payment immediately.

Please be aware of this before you place an order, read these reviews first.

I ordered 2 The Veronicas vinyls from them (because they seemed legit, I mean it's under Warner Music Australia...). I ordered the goods on 08.12.2023, 10 days passed and my package is still not shipped. After several begging e-mails, commening on Insta, DMs, I got a reply that my goods will be shipped for sure on the next business day (which supposed to be yesterday). Guess What? Package still not shipped, they are not asnwering my e-mails...
I wish I would just read reviews before, because now they have my money and I left with nothing!!!!!
If you read this MerchFan, please ship my order #175403-WMA! If it's not shipped, I deff will do something legal, because this is JUST NOT OK.

I was ordering an album and the shipping cost said, "calculated upon checkout." Because I hit Apple Pay, it automatically paid so I didn't get a chance to see the cost of shipping before it went through. It cost 20$!!! I immediately tried to cancel the order and emailed several times with no responses. One week later I got an email saying my order had been shipped!
I sent another email and someone replied that I can return the product but they couldn't refund the shipping! The shipping cost as much as the order!

Do not order from these people. I never got the item I paid for and they are very rude!!!
Shouldn't be aloud to sell anything.

Purchased a T-shirt, wore it once and a hole appeared in the arm. Sent it back and got half my money back. When questioned was accused of lying to get a refund, it was my fault it got damaged. Yes the colour was not white which was my fault for not washing in a white load but to get the abuse over messages from their so called customer support is a joke, will never shop with them again, wish I had seen these reviews as well first.

Ordered a Knocked Loose ADSOB hoodie last year, came as a misprint and they couldn't replace it with a new printed one so gave me a credit note. Been waiting over a year for ANYTHING I like to come up on that website to buy. Have requested a refund and never reply to emails, £50 literally gone with no reply or any care.

Speaks to me that most of my favourite bands don't use this service anymore. Avoid.

don't shop here. i wish i had read these reviews before ordering. there is no news about an order that was supposed to ship out nov. 26. i emailed them and never received a response, and paypal hasnt been helpful either. Im pretty sure i just lost out on $200.

I've tried contacting them, via their website, multiple times in regards to my order. They claim to reply within 24 hours and I still haven't heard anything from both attempts. I placed an order on September 21st, 2021 and as of today, November 6th, still no update on my order. All of their social media accounts haven't been updated in years so basically, buyer beware. You may or may not get what you order and you certainly won't hear anything from their non-existent customer service. They will however take your money.

This complaint isn't about the terrible shipping times or whatever... I know they are bad but times are tough.
BUT
I have been trying to contact this company for over 3 weeks to just cancel my order and refund my money. That's it. They say on their website and in their terrible auto reply email that the customer will be contacted within 24 hours.... that's a lie. It's been almost a month. It would take them all of 2 minutes at the most to cancel and refund my item. But, here we are. Writing my first review EVER just to warn people about this terrible and unprofessional company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Shirt never came, took my money. SCAM!!!!

WHAT A JOKE. Ordered BTBM bobble heads 2 years ago, they blamed covid for not dispatching, and months have gone by, and they don't respond to me anymore. Absolute joke. They weren't cheap, and I will never shop with them again

waited 2+ months for something i ordered on day one of preorder just for them to tell me they were off on inventory and cancelled 2 out of 4 items in my order. didn’t reply to any of my emails after that. These people do not care about you or fairly handling issues such as these. they just want your money. I won’t ever order from them again. Bands need to start going through a different outlet for this.
