Robin Robinson walked out in the middle of a hearing this is when Robin was part of Another organisation a caring PRO BONO organisation, Robin Lead me to believe a qualified solicitor Discovered much later that PRO BONO never supervised unqualified Robin - totally unprepared, "Will call you - Never did "asked what is your plan of action - behind my back KEPT in touch with the defence team updating them via email that the witness after years of waiting to give evidence of Perjury, Racial hate, fabricating "putting words in mouth" who did what as an eye witness - the defence now went all guns blazing HE SAID E SAID - Thanks to the emails, I kept information which Robin never took notice of - Robin nearly cost me my house - I prepared my own cost hearing - Informed the Judges of Each and every lie supported with exculpatory evidence, including MOJ managers non excising events, how management have the power to abuse fabricate witness statement against the FACT suppied during FACT Finding - They know they will never be held accountable - Robin refused - never brought any of that information up instead walked out, Robin Asking question like what is your name and were you work or worked was as far as Robin went, within 30 mins Robin had so concluded the so called questioning the staff who lied not cross referencing the information. Never asked why only the selective staff information in the court bundle ( this was because there was a crucial element that crossed Ministry Of Justice staff, Police staff, IPOC, ICO Subject Access direct link - eg Police knowingly blocked subject access - DI and professional standards signed off subject access " to be denied) ( cos they can) took over a year to obtain had all that cross contamination as motive, Ministry of Justice staff full access to court documents, a clear direct personal relationship supplied during the factfinding never used any of the information) which would have blown the lid wide open- very much like the post office scandal Do not have anything to do with Robin "I'm al right mate " just found Robin

I have edited my post as I was threatened with legal action.

I cannot go into detail about what went wrong, as it was considered harassment—though that was never my intention. Therefore, I have revised this review.

However, I cannot recommend Mergullaw.

In my experience, they were both incompetent and unprofessional. After receiving the legal assistance I needed elsewhere, I will provide more details. They also failed to complete a task that another law firm handled quickly and professionally.

The have not been transparent from the start from the start, no real guidance given throughout the case does not follow through on what they say they will do contacted the defender without my permission to notify of a potential claim. Not answering my calls and emails for months on end even though I am thier client and they are aware I have a disability and chronic illness. Making up different stories as to why they now cannot pursue the claim they started behind my back causing me further stress and anxiety to the point it affected my health and I had to call emergency services after I had got off the phone with thier so called boss. lack of empathy and understanding to those with disabilities. And as the final straw they attempted to abandon the case without my notification, which seems to be a pattern.They cannot be trusted.

Thank you James and Team @Mergul Law, you were so professional and helpful in my immigration case. Although the matter was complex and slowed down through the Home Office, you were patient and professional in collating my file and evidence. The outcome was successful. I will only trust and do business with your company in future.

Had to make complaint to legal ombudsmen. Avoid this firm. Unresponsive, do not give updates, very poor service.
