Worst Customer Service that I've ever experienced. Employees tell you everything you want to hear on the phone and then do not respond to your emails. Equipment takes so long to arrive you think that the company has ghosted you (like they do with their emails). You would be better off processing credit cards with the ancient carbon imprint method than using Meritt Payment Technologies.

Un trust worthy. Abandon Ghost represents. Its like winning lottery if you manage to contact them especially after you got a machine. Very poor. Please save your time and money. Do business elsewhere.

Well third time is a charm! Finally a company that is willing to help me and actually tries to listen to me and understand what I need. I am 0 tech friendly but my rep Karim took his time to guide me step by step through the installation and closing my batch.
it took 20 minutes in total which is amazing for someone like me! With my old processor I would still be waiting on hold...

Sean has been amazing in the process of switching our provider over to Meritt still can't believe how much he has helped us save! Great company to deal with.

It is so refreshing to find a company that is willing to be transparent and honest with all the fees that I am really being charged. The previous company I was with always kept me in the dark and gave me the run around when I had a question.

My calls never have gone unanswered and my emails are replied to by more than one rep, which shows the redundancy of the team. The people at Meritt are what make it so awesome! They want to help and they do! They operate in an industry notorious for under-handed tactics, and they are the ONLY company I know that is doesn’t increase the rates after a while of being with them. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone!
